AnnushkaThe battle seems to be going in our favor so far, but the agents are able to do strange things that I guess are using their powers. Then I remember they have powers. That is when the worst thing happens. The Olympians show up. I don't know how I remember them, but I do. And I know it is VERY bad news.
So what else to do but tell Bronya to the blyad' up. I do so as I hurry to aid the Elite fighting the Olympians, but am stopped by me falling into a pit. I'm stopped by water, and then knocked out cold with the hilt of a sword.

"Ouch," I say when I wake up. I look around me, and find out that I'm in a jail cell. Well not any jail cell but one in the DIA. Something like what Bronya had described. I reach for my slug, and find it's missing. I try my hand knives, and they're gone too. I check everywhere I hide my weapons, and find them gone. Even the ones in my.... um... upper area. "Skata!" I curse. For some reason I can only think of things in Ancient Greek. Then I notice someone else nearby. I get into a fighting stance, and in Ancient Greek call, "Who's there?" I hear a menacing laugh behind me. But it sounds familiar. Almost as if I have heard it before. "Hello, daughter," I hear Athena greet. I turn around and her eyes hold a collection of amusement, anger, and sadness. I snarl.
"Mother," I greet with poison laced in my words. Athena's attempt at kindness is gone in seconds. She faces me with a similar snarl to my own, and growls.
"Show some respect to your mother. I could end your life in seconds," her face is inches from mine, and she looks as if she is about to slap me. I won't be surprised if she does, but it doesn't come. I smirk a bit as she backs away.
"So have you come down here to tell me to stop fighting for the wrong side? End the battle? If that was so then I can not do either. Or want to," I retort crossing my arms. Athena glares at me.
"You listen well daughter. We do not need you to call off the battle. I know you are too low of a rank to convince them of that. I also know that you will not switch sides. But only out of fear, and not loyalty. I am only here to tell you that you will not be returning to the battlefield. There is no escape, and since I am aware of how fond you are of books, I have left some for you. Even as a prisoner you still need something to do, rather than go even more out of your mind than you are already. Goodbye!" Athena states. What really makes my blood boil is that she knows every step I'm going to take before I take it.
I try to think of a way out of the dilemma I have wormed my way into. But I can't. I start to read one of the books, and realize it's all in Ancient Greek. But I'm reading it as if it's English and Russian. I never focused much on Ancient Greek, but yet I can read it easily. Even with my dyslexia that has challenged me throughout my time of learning in the Red Room, and am sure that in the future when I am studying my mission it will not be easy.
I look at the title, and realize their plan. They want me to try and escape, or try and find a way to be broken out. Or just annoy me since they gave me a book on how to be a spy. I throw the book across the room, and end up throwing it hard enough to shatter the glass on my cell. An alarm starts to go off as I look in shock at how I had done that on accident, but take my window while I have the chance. I run out of the cell, and down the hall trying to find where they had put my gear. I turn the corner, and see an entire room full of stuff that varies from weapons to knee pads. Yes, knee pads. For volleyball.
