Stupid Triangle

Lisa's been gone for 2 days, it's Tuesday. I've been hanging out with Ryan, since she left and Lauren J before she went back to Florida. I don't like having Lisa gone, not only that but the fact that her grandmother could be lecturing her on how homosexuality is wrong.

I was editing a YouTube video when my phone started ringing with Lisa's name and picture on the screen.

"Hey babe" I said when I answered.
"H-hey" Lisa responded in a weak voice, it seemed that she had been crying.
"Babe what's wrong? What happened?"
"M-my grandmother" she said in between sniffles. "Can you come up to Sacramento? I know it's last minuet but-"
"I'll be up in a few hours I promise"
"Thank you"
"I love you remember that Lisa"
"I love you too, please hurry"
"I will I promise"
"I love you"
"I love you too, I'll see you in a few hours"
"Okay"
"Bye"
"Bye" I hung up and packed a small back of clothes, along with my charger and laptop. I told my parents I was going to visit Lisa and surprisingly they were okay with it, they were okay with it as long as I'd get back before thanksgiving dinner. I took a cab to the airport, then bought my ticket there. After going though security I waited for the plane to board.

The flight was a bit over an hour, so I was there soon. When I landed I texted Lisa and took a cab to where her grandmothers house. When I got to the house I payed the driver, taking my bag I walked up to the door, knocking a few times.

Lisa answered with red puffy eyes, and dried tear stains on her cheeks. I pulled her into a tight embrace without warning, she instantly hugged me back.

"You're too beautiful to be crying love" I told her, still having her in my arms.
"Thank you for coming"
"My princess needed her prince, I was here as soon as I could. Are you okay?"
"I am now that you're here" she said and pecked my lips, while we still had our arms wrapped around each other, and heard a 'click.' Pulling away looking up I saw Dani taking pictures of us. "Again really Dan?"
"You guys are cute, and I'm captain of this ship" she said. "Anyway I have a new Kisa picture to post" Dani said turning her back.
"Better send it to me!" I shouted at her.
"K!" She shouted back.
"Well looks like I'm says here for a while" I smiled, looking back at Lisa.
"Yay" she cheered,snuggling into my chest, and I kissed the top of her head. "Since I got my own room here you'll be staying with me in the room" she said looking up at me.
"And maybe we can-"
"No" she said cutting me off. "Not that I don't want to but just the fact that my parents are in the room right next to mine"
"And you're a screamer so" I added, then Lisa punched my arm. "Just stating the facts"
"Shut up"
"Love you too. Now where's this grandmother of yours that I'll have to throw shade at?"
"Yes you're the shade queen but please don't be rude"
"Why not? I think I have the right to. She made you cry, and doesn't see the fact that you're happy with a girl then some guy who probably wouldn't."
"I know baby, but if you wanna get on her good side you have to behave"
"No promises" I muttered.
"Babe"
"Okay I'll behave"
"Thank you" she said and pecked my lips. Lisa lead me up to her room where I set my back down, then we changed into our onesies. I was wearing my batman onesie while Lisa was wearing her superman onesie.
"Batman is better" I commented.
"Oh please superman has heat vision and super strength, batman is rich"
"Well batman doesn't have a kryptonite. Not only is he rich, but he doesn't need powers to be a hero"
"He abandoned his city"
"Shut up"
"Well let's see right now who wins in fights Batman or superman" Lisa said, without warning she tackled me to the ground.
"Hey no fair!"
"Oops"
We started rolling around on the floor, play fighting. I was on top of Lisa, straddling her waist.
"I win" I said, then she punched my shoulder. "Oh no I'm dead" I said and collapsed on top of her, but I flipped myself over to the my back was against her front, letting all my waist on top of her.
"Kait get off of me" she said trying to push me off.
"I can't hear you I'm head"
"Kaitlyn" she whined.
"But I'm dead" she continued to push me off, still struggling.
"Kaitlyn get off me!"
"I'm dead"
"You're so annoying" she laughed, and punched my arm. I got up then straddled her waist again.
"You love me"
"Yes I do very much"

Dinner was awkward. Lisa was sitting on one side of me with our fingers intertwined under the table while Dani was sitting in the other side of me. Their grandmother kept eyeing me the whole time, which not only made me uncomfortable but pissing me off.

"So Kaitlyn they tell me you make videos?" Their grandmother said breaking the silence.
"Yea basically"
"Do you make a living off it?"
"Yea pretty much, I've been doing so for the past three years"
"You know you can't be doing it forever"
"I know. I plan on going to college and majoring in Film Editing as well as Photography"
"Do you live alone?"
"I live with my parents"
"Well you're what 18 still living at home?" This bitch.
"Well yes. I don't like to live alone. As if I recall most of your grandchild are in their 20's still living with their parents" I felt Lisa grip my hand under the table, letting me to calm down.
"Hm still lives with her parents, talks back, I don't know what you see in her Lisa" that's it.
"Well I probably wouldn't have to talk back if you'd show me a bit of respect! I have done nothing to you! Does it matter who Lisa is with on the gender! What matters is that she is happy! You should love someone on who they are and how they treat you not on the gender! Love is love! And god loves everyone because he put someone on the earth for someone! And if you can't see that then I'm sorry. May I be excused?"
"Yea" Lynne told me. I let go of Lisa's hand, walking upstairs to the room we were in earlier. Entering the room I threw myself on the bed landing with my face facing the ceiling, letting out a sigh.
"You okay?" I heard Lisa ask.
"Yea. Sorry about losing it"
"No it's okay you had the right to" she said sitting next to me.
"But now I feel bad for yelling at an old lady"
"It's okay" she told me laying her head on my chest, wrapping her arms around me. We laid there in silence with our arms wrapped around each other. "Kait"
"Hm?"
"When you go back to Malibu can you take me with you?"
"Lise I don't think-"
"Please I can't stand being here if my grandmother is just gonna judge me. Please take me with you"
"Okay" I placed a soft kiss on her forehead.
