Third POV
Out of nowhere, Val slams the door open and pins Sparx to the table, holding one of her feathers in her hand.
"You okay?!" Val ask Astro.
"How did you find our secret hideout?" Sparx asks.
"It was an obvious place to find when there are so many signs saying 'RRF' around one area." Val says plainly.
"Don't make us dismantle you. We just want the kid back." Cora says next to Val.
"Kid? What are you talking about? He's a-" Sparx gets interrupted by Astro pinning Sparx to the wall.
"You want a piece of me, tin man?" Astro asks aggressively. "Be cool. I'm an undercover robot from Metro City." Astro whispers to Sparx.
"I knew it. Viva la Roboto-lution." Sparx whispers to Astro.
"These guys aren't doing any harm. Let's just leave them." Astro says to the others.
"Whatever you say." Cora says as they leave.
Astro looks inside one more time and gives the RRF a smile.
"Thank you, brother. The RRF are forever in your debt." Sparx says before the RRF salute to Astro.
Val's POV
We start walking away from the RRF and Toby catches up to us.
"So, what is your name?" Cora asks Toby.
"Toby, but that's not who I really am. You see..." Toby stops for a second.
"Dude, it's a simple question." Cora says to Toby.
I was already expecting for Toby to change his name since he isn't really Toby.
"Um... My name's Astro. Call me Astro." Toby says to them.
It was a really good name for him. I liked it a lot.
"Cool. Sounds modern." Cora compliments.
"A little space-age. I love it." Zane compliments as well.
"What about you?" Zane asks me.
"Val." I say as I look at them.
"That's a nice name." Zane compliments.
"Thanks." I say as I look ahead.
We were now heading to wherever they live.
Third POV
President Stone, General Heckler, and a few soldiers enter Dr. Tenma's house.
"Search the apartment! Leave no stone unturned." General Heckler orders the soldiers.
"Arrest this man." President Stone tells General Heckler as he points at Dr. Elefun.
"Yes, sir." General Heckler obeys as puts handcuffs on Dr. Elefun.
"What are you doing? Stop!" Dr. Elefun yells.
"Where is Tenma's robot son?" President Stone asks Dr. Elefun.
"He isn't here." Dr Elefun answers.
"What is the meaning of this?" Dr. Tenma asks as he enters the room.
"You put the Core for my Peacekeeper into your robot. I'm running for re-election, in case you hadn't noticed, and we're in an arms race with the Surface!" President Stone says.
"An arms race? What nonsense." Dr. Elefun asks.
Dr. Tenma sighs before saying, "It was a mistake. When I lost my son, I thought... I'd be able to... I thought..." He says in sadness.
President Stone comes next to him and says, "I know. I hate losing, too. You want proof of that, you can ask any of my wives, but we got to get over all this personal stuff, Tenma. You're head of the Ministry of Science. It's time to move on. Get the Core back. Get it in the Peacekeeper. Let some good come from all this mess." President Stone explains to Dr. Tenma.
There was a few seconds of silence before Dr. Tenma answers.
"When you find the robot, and my daughter, I'll deactivate it and give you the Core." Dr. Tenma says.
"Good man. Let him go." President Stone commands General Heckler.
General Heckler releases Dr. Elefun as they all start walking out.
"Let's hope you never find them." Dr. Elefun says as he glares at them as they walk out of the house.
