"So... I'll see you later," you gulped, shaking those thoughts away from your mind.

He remained in his place for a few seconds, staring at you in silence until he turned around and began walking to the exit.

"See ya," he waved.

Students had already begun to fill the corridors and as soon as they saw Karma, they retreated and got out of his way. You couldn't help but chuckle at their gestures. Shaking your head, you got inside the classroom.

Sighing, you sat at your former desk as you waited for the classroom to fill in. You looked out the window in silence, chewing on your pen. You couldn't believe it. The day hadn't even started and you were already missing the end class.

"(Y/N)," Hiroko took you out of your trance.

Turning your head, you were met with one of your former friends. You tried not to scrunch your nose in disgust. You hadn't heard from her ever since you got transferred to the end class, not that you were complaining, and as soon as you were back, she acted as if nothing had happened.

"So, I saw the movie," she said. "Why didn't you tell me?"

"It was supposed to be a secret," you replied matter-of-factly.

"But you told the end class," Hiroko's eyes narrowed.

Oh no.

"What?" You laughed in fake surprise, "no I didn't."

"You remember Aoi and Nika, right?" She asked.

You gulped. Did she know about you and Karma? Had they told her?

"Uh, yeah," you nodded your head. "Why?"

"Well, since you left, Maiya and I have been hanging out with them," she shrugged. "They were the ones to tell us about you telling the end class since they overheard some of those students talking. We never really gave it much thought... but I guess they weren't lying..."

You gulped. You couldn't believe yourself. Of course the secret would have eventually spilled. You honestly weren't blaming the end class, you were blaming yourself. You should have known better. Though it wasn't as if you didn't trust them anymore, not at all. It was just that it made you realize how easy secrets could be revealed, you would have to be more careful.

"Anyways, they're our friends now... Just telling you so that you know... You don't mind, do you?" She arched an eyebrow though you were perfectly aware that it was more of a rhetorical question.

"No," you shook your head. "They're very nice," you lied.

"Great," she gave you a fake smile as she walked to her desk and sat down.

You could feel your classmates staring at you and you tried your best to ignore them. You were just glad that they weren't approaching you. The movie was the last thing you wanted to talk about.

From the corner of your eye, you saw Asano and his friends come in. He sat down at his desk, the one beside you, and as he turned around to talk to you, the teacher walked in. You smiled internally at your good luck and focused your attention on him.

"We will be going down to the courtyard for assembly," he announced.

Following his orders, you stood up and walked downstairs in an ordinarily manner. You weren't allowed to talk but that didn't bothered you in the least, in fact, you were actually glad.

Once you arrived there, you stood in line as you waited impatiently for the end class to arrive. They didn't take long and they stood right beside you.
