The duo arrived at the cabin covered in snow. Little did Link expect a bokoblin would show up on the small journey to Selmie's spot. As always, Zelda just rolled her eyes at this. For ten years since Calamity Ganon's demise, past loyals to his cause have infiltrated the lands hoping to finally defeat the pair. Yet, to their unfortune a blood moon was highly unlikely to appear, as for ten years that crimson orb never tried the skies.

Link just hoped he could still keep Zelda safe. Even after one hundred years and many battles he still felt the need to defend her. The princess obviously had other things in mind, as her reawakening had proved she could defend herself as well as Link. He was happy that they had eachother's backs.

Despite Link's minor wounds, they arrived at the cabin to see Selmie cooking up a dish. Immediately Link saw crabs and wondered where they came from. "Ironshell crabs?" he asked her.

"Oh, Link," piped Selmie, giggling nervously. At sight of Zelda, she bowed. "And your majesty."

Zelda scoffed. "No need, ma'am. I am not to be called royalty."
Link remarked her words, and to the side frowned. One hundred years and she was still bitter over her father's words. Never mind the entire kingdom's past verbal documentation of her failures. He noticed in the night she spoke, as if someone was right above her conversing.

Zelda sat on the bed and watched the crabs cook up into a stew. "What is that you are making?" she asked Selmie.

Selmie mixed the stew with her ladel and added a fresh apple. "Making a seafood cobbler, do you mind to try it?" Link noticed Selmie spoke with elegance and unsupressed eloquence. She still treated Zelda as a superior even though the princess insisted equality.

"I am fine," answered Zelda with the same tone of elegance. Link noticed Zelda was doing this not to mock Selmie, but to merely get on her level. "Where do those crabs come from?"

"Lurelin Village," exclaimed Selmie, letting the stew sit. "They sell a lot of seafood there. My favorite."

"I take it you traveled far?" Zelda adds.

"Many days, ma'am," said Selmie, clearing her throat and running her hand through her snowy white hair. "I even spotted a lynel."

Zelda and Link's eyes grew wide. Neither had seen one creature of such power since clearing the castle. Link had slain four or more lynels and that had severely sucked the life out of the Master Sword. His energy was gone.

"I have not seen a lynel for..." Zelda looks to Link for a timestamp. Both knew it had been since the demise of Ganon. "Ten years."

"Where was it?" asked Link, his eyes fierce with intent.

Selmie shook her head without response. "Near Lurelin Village," she exclaimed, pulling a map from next to the fireplace. It was a scroll of parchment that reeked of antiquity, much contrary to the Sheikah Slate Link held close. Selmie pinned her finger on the Lover's Pond, a sight of many Gerudo women to search for a mate. Zelda noticed this heart shaped pond and blushed a bit. She thought of how far and wide the Gerudo traveled for love, yet her love was right next to her and she could never confess. "I found a Gerudo fighting said beast, but I fled before I saw the end of it."

Link and Zelda exchanged a glance of awe. "You're sure?" Zelda exclaimed.

"What else could it have been? No moblin or ordinary foe bears a lower body of a giant horse!" cried Selmie, tending to her fire with a few bundles of wood, grabbing the ladel and preparing the stew. "All I can conclude from this is that the fight for Hyrule is not over in the minds of those monsters you both slew."

"Some greater force must be behind this," concluded Zelda, her hands placed delicately in her lap. The flickering flames left a golden light to bring a glow to her face. "My problem is what it is."

Selmie shook her head. "You both sealed Calamity Ganon, no one knows what this rise in enemies is." She prepared a small bowl and dipped enough soup to lap over the old wooden bowl. "Link?" She motioned to the bowl, yet Link rejected her offer. "Alright, all for myself then."

Zelda sits more upright, her posture perfected. "Where have your travels taken you?"

"For cooking?" Selmie thought a second. "Lurelin Village was so far." She checked her map. "Aha! My travels took me to Hateno Village to purchase some armor if I ever hoped to reach Lurelin Village again. I wish to travel there in a week for a Hyrule bass but I'm not sure I'll make it back to eat."

"This is bad," muttered Zelda to Link. "There was no blood moon, nor was there a ressurection! Link, our vacation was swell, but we have greater matters to attend to. We depart for the castle at noon." Link nodded, and Zelda turned to Selmie. "Thank you for the cabin stay! We must depart in one hour, but we give our hopes you survive your travels!"
