Special Containment Procedures: Due to SCP-7101's partake and cooperation in the SCP Foundation, none are instated at this time. His location is to be constantly monitored through surveillance cameras.
Improvised Special Containment Procedures: Security surveillance on SCP-7101 has been tightened. Any SCP Foundation site that SCP-7101 travels to is to be logged by date and time.
Description: SCP-7101 is a male humanoid entity that bears the appearance of a Semitic man with black forward-swept hair, however, his voice seems to constantly change in pitch and accent. SCP-7101 also displays the ability to de-manifest behind any type of closed door. He will later manifest in an unspecific location, mainly his own destination. He uses this mainly to navigate Foundation sites with ease. SCP-7101 has not been recorded manifesting anywhere outside of Foundation boundaries.
SCP-7101's face cannot be clearly memorized, recorded, or photographed. When photographed or recorded, a distorted malfunction will always interfere with his facial area, deeming it impossible to comprehend. SCP-7101's face is still comprehensible by physical contact, however, mental depictions of his face by this method still manages to erase itself from human memory.
SCP-7101 takes no notice of this until it is pointed out, which is responded to with uncertainty. SCP-7101 displays no signs of aggression. Instead, he seems to act unusually quiet and calm. He may also occasionally use informal language.
SCP-7101's purpose seems to be focused on interrogating communicable SCPs, which he has proved to be very successful at. For unknown reasons, SCP-7101 has no adverse reactions towards cognitive or memetic hazards, nor does he seem to be affected by mind-affecting anomalies or amnestics. These other abilities allow SCP-7101 to qualify in its current role at the SCP Foundation.
SCP-7101 was discovered when a series of videotapes of unknown origin began to appear in Foundation media storage. All consisted of SCP-7101 interrogating various anomalies in each tape, yet at the time, SCP-7101 made no physical appearance at the Foundation. All interviewed anomalies confirmed SCP-7101's existence. He was later discovered in Site-19 interviewing SCP-⬛️⬛️⬛️ by himself. The guards stationed there claimed that SCP-7101 did not enter the chamber physically or in a noticeable way. However, when approached by MTF Epsilon-11, SCP-7101 evaded the operatives towards the chamber door and de-manifested behind it as it closed. It was discovered that he had security clearance to exit the chamber, whether he managed to steal the appropriate security card or was granted security clearance was unknown.
Proposals to classify SCP-7101 as Keter have been denied, however.
SCP-7101 has been classified as Thaumiel by order of the 05 Council.
Addendum-001-1: (Note to personnel, as the following event took place in the year ⬛️⬛️⬛️⬛️, far from present day. At the time Ms. Hughes had only been Level 2.)
The surveillance camera installed in the north-eastern corner of Dr. Hughes' office captured footage of SCP-7101 appearing inside as the aforementioned researcher was interacting with her computer.
Surveillance-Log-7101-1:
0:01 - Dr. Hughes is observed working at her desk.
0:05 - SCP-7101 manifests from the office's entrance below the camera. Dr. Hughes initially does not seem to take notice of him.
0:07 - SCP-7101 knocks on the wall beside him to ring the researcher's attention. The researcher looks up at him, stands up, and gasps.
0:09 - SCP-7101 raises a hand as if to calm Dr. Hughes.
0:12 - Dr. Hughes stares at him before opening her mouth to converse, sitting back down.
0:14 - She gestures for SCP-7101 to sit on the chair across her, to which he complies, and continues to converse.
Audio-Log-7101-1:
(The knocking of concrete is heard, Dr. Hughes vocalizes a gasp.)
SCP-7101: I only want to help.
(Dr. Hughes quiets down.)
Dr. Hughes: You are SCP...
SCP-7101: I know what your co-workers have designated me.
Dr. Hughes: Very well. How do you intend to help us?
SCP-7101: As I had publicly demonstrated. By attempting to pry out the answers that you, yourselves cannot.
Dr. Hughes: The tapes that you left in storage... I recall now. You began interviewing various anomalies and to our surprise, had mostly proven successful.
SCP-7101: That is correct... I study what you have already questioned it about and form the questions that were never brought up or were left unanswered.
Dr. Hughes: I see, I had wondered why the 05 Council had classified you as Thaumiel for a while. Take a seat. May I... interview the Interviewer?
SCP-7101: All irony aside, go on.
(Dr. Hughes vocalizes a small chuckle.)
Dr. Hughes: So, who are you?
SCP-7101: That question is irrelevant to me.
Dr. Hughes: Do you not want to answer or do you not know?
SCP-7101: I apologize for that tone. I meant to say that I had no idea.
Dr. Hughes: I see...

Dr. Hughes continued to converse with SCP-7101 until SCP-7101 stated its necessity of leaving. It stood up from the chair and walked to the door, de-manifesting behind it.
Level 5 Clearance required.

Addendum-7101-2: SCP-7101 has been discovered to be the former 05-8 by 05-2, formerly known as David Wicker.
Attempts to get SCP-7101 to recall his former identity had been unofficially and vaguely successful. However, SCP-7101 does not recall most if not all of his memories.
Due to his immunity to amnestic drugs, SCP-7101 has been deemed a security threat to the 05 Council. However, he guarantees that he will not leak any information classified with Level 5 clearance. SCP-7101 continues to interview all requested SCPs under extreme surveillance.
Approval to re-instate SCP-7101's role as 05-8 currently pending.
