Special Containment Procedures:
SCP-7753 is to be housed at Area-14 in a 4 x 4 x 5-meter soundproof room. The containment cell and the containment hall should be separated by a soundproof hall of 6 x 1 x 5-metered dimensions. In the event of a containment breach, all SCP chambers should be locked and not be accessed until the object has escaped or been recontained. The recontainment team must carry noise-cancelling head-gear.

The method of SCP-7753's recontainment should be carried out by creating loud noise (Be it by shouting, playing loud noises from any devices, etc.) until the object shrieks, recontainment should only be carried out after it stops, where it is temporarily deafened.

The recontainment method (dubbed Procedure-735-Drekavac) by blasting loud noise over the intercom in all areas should only be used as a last resort and should only be carried out if SCP-7753 is still in the area. Procedure-735-Drekavac is announced 3 minutes before it is scheduled to begin, in this time period, personel are to find noise-cancelling gear in storage shelves stationed across the area.

SCP-7753 is uncontained. If reports of the subject surface, the location of origin must be investigated. Actual sightings of SCP-7753 itself must be reported and a Mobile Task Force is to be sent to engage it. Personnel on SCP-7753 field missions and capture attempts are to equip themselves with noise-cancelling head-gear and appropriate stealth-gear.

It is not to be violently engaged in any way. Due to ethical concerns, field personnel being reported to physically damaging SCP-7753 will be suspended temporarily. No personnel with a personal disliking to children are allowed to participate in field missions regarding SCP-7753.

Description:
SCP-7753 is a seven-year-old Caucasian male with ginger hair, formerly named Timothy Brown. The subject is indistinguishable in physical appearance from an average human, however, it can manifest white feathered wings at will. This wingspan levitates off its back by seven (7) centimetres and measures two (2) meters in width. Despite it not being physically attached to SCP-7753, the subject is capable of flight.

SCP-7753 possesses another ability to audibly perceive sounds up to approximately thirty-five meters away from it, however, due to this, it experiences extreme distress during weather anomalies (Especially those involving thunder) and in the presence of exceedingly heavy noise. This includes the combination of noises such as natural and animalistic sounds and traffic noise, it is hypothesized that the subject suffers from misophonia and phonophobia due to this.

In 60% of events of SCP-7753's distress, it will arch its back and produce a shrill shrieking noise from its mouth and a purple illumination will shoot out of its eyes, which is 130 decibels and the equivalent volume of a jackhammer. The shriek can last up to 7 minutes and can reach up to 139.5 decibels. The mechanism or purpose of this is unknown, but this could be used to deafen its oppressors or even theoretically and temporarily deafen itself to adapt to the intense noises causing its discomfort. This is proven when SCP-7753's attention span seems to drop after its distress, and restores function after three to four minutes.

SCP-7753, despite its presumed age, is advanced in mental development by approximately ⬛️⬛️⬛️%, which is evidenced by its tactical and stealthy movements and even its creation of various traps. However, it still seems to be capable of creating childish demands.

SCP-7753 came to light when an unsolved missing child case surfaced in Regency Park, Florida. The boy, later identified as Timothy Brown (And later as SCP-7753), was reported last seen in his room before he had subsequently disappeared, the only noticeable evidence was the open window. SCP-7753 was later found near the ⬛️⬛️⬛️⬛️⬛️⬛️⬛️⬛️⬛️⬛️ of ⬛️⬛️⬛️⬛️⬛️⬛️⬛️ ⬛️⬛️⬛️⬛️⬛️⬛️⬛️ Arboretum, where nine of twelve MTF operatives suffered deafness and minor casualties while attempting to capture the subject, which was roughly successful.
