You woke up to the sound of John singing the ghost busters theme. To be honest, he wasn't the best singer you knew. You groaned and rolled over to the side. There wasn't much room in the sleeping bag to really get comfortable in, so you might as well get up. Slowly opening your eyes, you end up face to face with Jade. You see your own refletion in her glasses.
"You finally woke up!" she smiled, showing off her braces. You sat up, wriggling out of your sleeping bag, and stretched your hands. Jade hopped up from the floor and ran upstairs, her long hood dragging along the floor. You yawned and looked at the clock on the wall. 7:30. Your heart stopped. Holy shit, you were late for school.
"Why didn't you guys wake me up?!" You yelled at them, wrapping up your sleeping bag and throwing it under one of the beds. You were oh-so-late. John just raised an eyebrow at you as you ran around the basement, trying to get ready in time. "Now I'm missed my bus because of you guys!" you said, frantically waving your arms.
"Isn't it like, your spring break or something?" John hopped onto his bed, his blue hood swaying in the air. You stopped and let out a sigh of relief, plopping down onto the bed next to him. Letting out an embarssed chuckle, you losed your eyes, feeling your heart rate return to normal. John just laughed at you as Jade ran back downstairs, giggling.
You sighed and got up from his bed, making your way upstairs once again. Once in the kitchen, you opened the cupboard and took out a box of Frosted Flakes cereal. You called the twins up for breakfast, setting up a couple of plates. They both rushed up the stairs and took a seat at the table.
Time skip
After breakfast, you guys decided to go to the park. Jade told you that she has never been to one, considering the fact that she lived on an island in the middle of the pacific with her grandfather her entire life. You sort of felt bad for her, so you decided to show her around. Once you all put on your jackets, you stepped outside and made your way to your local park. They refused to change out of their pajamas however.
Once you were at the park, it has began to snow. Jade held out her hands, waching the snowflakes land into them, melting as soon as they touched her skin. It was precious. Her bright green eyes watched every snowflake with amazement. You smiled. She as never seen snow before either. You saw her lips curl into a smile as she started dancng in the snowfall.
**Time Skip To The Park
As you and the twins are walking through the park, John decided to take a small detour. He ran to the playground, which was now empty due to the snowfall, and hopped onto a swing. Jade saw him and followed. Since you couldn't leave them here, you might as well go along with them. You walked to the swings and began to swing the two of them back and forth.
"Is that all you can do?" John mocked. You took that as a challenge and pushed him harder, until the swing almot did a 360. He laughed, his black hair blown by the wind. He somehow managed to take off his jacket, exposing his blue pajama/outfit. The long blue hood was now being blown through the air. With the next push of the swing, John let go, flying off of the swing as you gasped.
