The bell rang and everyone rushed out as soon as possible. I took my time. Karkat was blushing red and tried to stay out of sight. You hated to admit, but you found him cute.

You stuffed your books into your bookbag and slung it across your shoulder. You decided to wait for Karkat before exiting and ask him what the big deal about the horns was.

Just as you exited the school, you were greeted by Eloise and a group of some very athletic buff loking guys. She pointed at Karkat and smirked

"This dooche bag" She said to the guys.

You had no idea what was going on

"I told you that the consequences would be tragic," Eloise walked over to Karkat. "And now you're gonna pay"

You remembered the incedent from this morning and started cracking up. Eloise gave you a dirty look. "Get this one while youre at it..."

Ther group of guys started closing in on you two.

"(y/n), stand back" Karkat said, getting something from his book bag. You noticed that it was a sharp sicle, which caught you by surprise.

"Surprize motherfucker." Karkat said, hiting one of the guys in the stomach with the handle of his sickle, which caused him to bend over in pain. You just stared. "The heck are you doing? Run" Karkat snapped at you.

You started to run when another douche blocked your path. Your dad was a cop and taught you self defence. You did the most rewasonable thing there was and kicked him in his junk. As he cursed you out under his breath, you ran. Eloise was pissed that you got away and took her eye off of Karkat, who too had dissapeared.

You ran when you heard running footsteps behind you. You turned around to see Karkat folowing you. You both then stopped, catching your breath.

"Mind telling me why the fuck do you have a sicle in your backpack?" you asked him still panting. His expression changed from angry to worried. You knew he was hiding something.

"It is.... I...... Fuck this. I don't have to be interigated by an earth creature" He said. You were beyond confused. Earth creature? Does that mean thet he isn't from Earth?

The rest of the walk home you both were silent. As you neared your house, he stopped by the bus stop. The same bus stop you met him at. You said bye and went home, a lot on your mind...
