— Erwin's PoV ★ —

"Will (Y/N) be alright?" Hanji asked as we all waited for (Y/N) to go down and join us here in the mess hall.

"She will be. Don't worry," I answered, Hanji talking back, "What if you go to her room and apologize, sounds good?" She huffed, annoyance in tone, "Okay, fine. I'll get her," Standing up, I saw (Y/N)'s subordinate approaching us, "Cadet Mika Momoe, right?" I asked as the girl approached us and then bowed.

"Mind if I ask you where you are going?"

"I'm going to look for (Y/N) upstairs."

"He'll apologize to her. Maybe that'll do good," Hanji butted in, "Ah. I see. Then please wait for a bit, the Commander is with her."

Commander Keith? Why is that?

"Do you know why he is there?"

"I'm not pretty sure, but maybe the Commander is discussing some important matters to her since she's out for a while," She said, looking a bit down, "I see. Don't worry, she'll be fine," I uttered, patting her head lightly.

"So don't give us a face like that. It doesn't suit you," I smiled, seeing Mike entering the mess hall, "Okay. Thank you for informing me," I told the young girl and thanked me for taking care of (Y/N) before bowing again and went to see some of her colleagues.

"Hey look Hanji."

"What is it?"

"Mike's here."

— ★ Your PoV ★ —

"M'lady," Momoe called again, seeing that the Commander left just now, "Fine, I'm coming," I said, changing my mind about burying myself inside my study hall.

"Thank you for the advice, Commander Keith," I mumbled, wearing a small smile on my lips before opening the door, seeing Momoe-chan's delighted expression.

If you really want to be forgiven by them...

"...do whatever it takes for you to get them."

"Pardon me, m'lady?" She asked as we started walking towards the mess hall, "Uh...yeah nothing, just talking to myself. Sorry by the way, for being a hard headed one," I apologized, rubbing the back of my head as I giggled, "Don't worry, I'm starting to get used to it," She said with a chuckle, making me pout, "But thank goodness you're not as hard as you were during the old times."

"I'm trying to change, you know?"

"Well then, m'lady. Here we are," She said, seeing ourselves in front of a wooden door. My heart skipped multiple beats because of the thought of seeing him again, but it can't be helped. I just need to apologize to him before he does.

Momo–chan slowly opened the door leading to the mess hall, surprised to see my colleagues on the Legion, expressions are happy as ever.

Well, a bit exaggerated.

"Why are they all looking at me? Got something on my face?" I asked Momo-chan as I put my hands on my cheeks. She just chuckled at my actions and soon after that, I felt someone hugged me from behind, "I'm very sorry," A familiar voice muttered right into my ears, my eyes starting to grow wide. I turned back to see his face and then spoke, "I guess, you did it before me, huh?"
