"That's such a shame... For me to lose my temper and run away from them like that..."

I don't know where I'm going now...

As I was strolling around the streets of Wall Rose, not knowing what to do, I was suddenly bumped to on the way, making me fall down the ground, "Sorry, young lady! Are you alright?" I heard a manly voice worriedly asked, a hand held in front of me. I reluctantly accepted it and looked at the man, "Uh, yeah. Sorry," I told him with a wry smile as I dust off myself, "Excuse me."

"Wait!" I heard the man called as I walked away, "Where's your place? I can bring you back there!"

Wow. I think someone's hitting on me now.

"N-no need to do that! I can go home myself," I told him, wind suddenly blowing on us.

"Farlan Church."

"Huh?"

"My name is Farlan Church."

"Umm... Why are you..."

"That's way more relaxing, right? At least you're not talking to a stranger now," He spoke and gave me a very sweet smile, "That's very nice of you, Farlan. My name is (Y/N) (L/N), nice meeting you," I uttered, returning his smile.

Well, I guess I'll go with the flow, I think this man's better than that jerk Erwin anyways.

"Same here! Now, (Y/N), how come that there's such a fine, young lady like you here?"

Fine, young lady?! Not bad!

"Uh, well, you see..."

"Farlan!" A young, black-haired man that looks like an old man called; I mean, he wears an unpleasant facial expression, "Who is he?"

"Oh, him? He's Levi."

Hearing a familiar name, my eyes grew wide, information coming from the papers I read during that meeting suddenly popping in my mind.

"Who's that brat you're talking to?"

"Hello, Levi. I'm (Y/N). Nice to meet you, and by the way, I'm not a brat, I think we're of the same height," I replied with a smile, acting normally. I need him not to be suspicious of me so that the plan I made won't be ruined.

"Not bad," That Levi guy smirked as I pouted, making Farlan chuckle, "Uh, by the way Farlan..." I called, my head hanging low, "What's wrong, (Y/N)?"

"Well you see, the truth is, I got lost, and I don't know what to do now, it's running dark out here..." I shyly told him, rubbing the back of my neck, "Tch. Damn woman, we don't have money. Farlan, let's go back," Levi coldly said, starting to walk away, "Is that so? Then, is it okay if you come with us for now? We'll find a way back tomorrow, it's dangerous for a woman to roam around here at night after all," Farlan offered, ignoring Levi's statement.
