Alone (Jiyoo)

"KEEP YOUR VOICE DOWN MINJI!" Minji?! Like my Minji?! Oh hell nah. I walk up to the guy fast and detach him from her. "WHAT THE FUCK?!" He yells as he turns to face me. Logan... I punch him in the face...again. He falls to the ground as he groans in pain from hit. I gently pull Minji and make her stand behind me, away from the pervert. "Leave Minji alone!" I yell at him. He smirks as he stands up now. "Why? Is she your girlfriend? No she isn't! Why would she date a loser like you!?" He says as he tries to come closer but I kick his stomach and he backs away while stumbling. "Leave her alone, do you understand me?! If I catch you with her again, I SWEAR-" I yell at him and leave the room with Minji.

We walk outside the school now and I gave Minji. "Are you okay?!" I ask her and she keeps looking down at the ground. "What's wrong?! Did he do something else? I swear that asshole-" I say as I was about to walk back into the school to beat him more but Minji wrapped both of her arms around my stomach. "I'm okay...thank you...for...saving me.."She whispers as she is hugging me from behind. I turn around and hug her back. "If you ever not feel safe, anywhere...call me! I will protect you from now on..." I say to her as we make eye contact. She nods and I could see tears forming in her eyes. "It's okay, I'm here now. I won't let anyone hurt you..." I say and cup her cheek. "What if they hurt you? Who is going to protect you?" She asks with her voice breaking. I smile at her, "Well sometimes Dami protects me... although I think I can pretty much protect myself now." I say with a chuckle causing Minji to smile.

As she was smiling, I got lost in her eyes. I could practically see them shine when she smiles. Everything around us began to light up and I know it was cause of Minji. She has this energy that she gives off that can make your bad day turn into a good day in just a matter of seconds.

I feel a warm hand on my cheek and it snaps me out from my trance. "I should go home now..." Minji says as she looks at me. "Yeah. Um...drive safely..." I say as I walk her to her car. "What are you doing?" Minji says as she rolls down her window. "I'm waiting for you to drive off." I say with a smile. She chuckles, "Get in the car." She says and points to the passenger seat. "I always walk home Minji, it's okay. Go ahead." I say and start walking to the sidewalk. "KIM YOOHYEON GET IN MY CAR RIGHT NOW!" She yells. "Yes ma'am..." I say as I run back to her car and enter.

"Where are we going?" I ask her. She drives off, "We are going to the park. It's fun, I promise!" She says with a smile. I smile back at her. Is this a date? Oh shut the fuck up Yooh, y'all are just going to the park. SMH. I mentally slap myself and focus on my surroundings now.

We arrive at the park and it looks familiar. "Oh I remember this park!" I say with excitement. "Really...how?" Minji asks as we sit on the swings. "My mother used to bring me here when I was a child." I say with a smile. "Oh, that's adorable." She says but is only admiring my face. I clear my throat as she keeps checking me out. "Something...on your mind?" I ask her. "HUH? Oh no..." She says as she tucks a strand of hair behind her ear. I get up from my swing and go to hers. I push her swing as she swings back and forth. "Push harder!" Minji yells. "What if you fall off?" I ask her as I push harder. She swings back and forth until she gets to a decent height and then, she jumps off the swing.

"MINJI!" I yell as I run to her. She is just laughing. "Why are you laughing?" I ask. "Because that was fun!" She says like a child.  "You are such a child." I laugh. "Am not!" She strikes back. "Are too!" I say and she smacks my shoulder. "Ah I'm being abused!" I playfully yell. "Oh I'll show you abuse, come here!" She yells and sits on my lap. She continues to hit me softly as we just laugh. We stop laughing to catch our breaths and look into each other's eyes. I glance at Minji's lips and look back up to her beautiful eyes. I see Minji's eyes travel down to my lips and back to my eyes.

I smile, "What are you thinking?" I ask her and she looks at my lips. "This-" She says as she starts to lean in, closer to my face.
