It was dark, I could feel my body huddled somewhere... nice.. It doesn't smell like smoke and carbon monoxide. It smells like grass and fresh air. The city lacks both so I must be in a countryside.

It also cold.. Like a natural cold breeze in the night out relaxing in a quite countryside.. It's.. so different from the cold I was used to. I thought maybe I was under a roof or something but the grass under me said otherwise.

I jumped awake and frantically looked around. Around me were trees! LARGE GREEN TREES! AND TO TOP IT ALL THE FUCKING WOODS LOOK LIKE IT WAS FULL OF HUNGRY ANIMALS!!

WHAT THE FUCK?! I THOUGHT THAT WAS A DREAM! WAIT! If that wasn't a dream then..

"Oh! You're awake Wynn-" "Don't touch me!", I hissed when I flexed my hand too hard. The guy in front of me looked shocked before washing it off.

"I was going to ask if you're going to join dinner..", he sighed heavily, seeming to be used to my action already. "Let him be! That excuse of an adventurer got 'hurt'.", a female voice called out.

'Geez aggressive much?' "Goodness! Just eat before it gets cold.", the new voice exasperated, I could feel whoever they were was rubbing their temple.

Hesitantly, I got up and noticed the clothes I was wearing. It's so white and there's a red lace like ribbon tied to my collar. 'Makes me look like a priest..' I followed the raven haired guy and behind the tree I was under were a girl and a guy, both were on a log with a fire in the middle.

"Took you long enough.", the girl had black hair and green eyes, but what stood out the most were her skin color. I think it's light purple or indigo, colors aren't interesting at all..

"Watch it, Linda. Glad you could join us Wynn! Come and let's eat.", the second guy had red hair and his eyes were a very light blue it looked almost white.

I sat in between 'Linda' and the red haired guy subconsciously. They all clasped their hand together and I followed albeit slower. "We thank the gods of fortune for the meal.", oh so this is their ways of thanking for the food!

Linda happily took a plate given to her via the redhead, it was filled with rice and grilled fish along with herbs. To put it short, it looked absolutely delish!

I took the plate given to me with a quite thank you, picked up the spoon and shoved some of the food in my mouth. OOOOHHH! IT TASTES BETTER THAN MY BIG SISTER'S COOKING! With that in thought I happily nommed the food, praising whoever made this to which I put a bet on the red haired guy.

I listened in in the convo ongoing, it seems like the redhead was named Damian Whitford and the ravennette was Tristan something. They talked about a quest that had goblins and some living fire hazard I was somewhat interested.

Apparently I'm in a place where monsters exist and magic is something normal. If I'm not mistaken then I'm in an adventurer's party. Linda, who looks frail is actually the tanker, Damian was the mage supporter, Tristan was the main damage dealer while I was the marksman decoy..
