hi, so i noticed that i haven't addressed the scene where the reader has a 'panic attack'.
i am not a psychologist nor am i a therapist and i wrote that scene based on my own experiences and researches.
and neither am i diagnosed with any type of mental illness. i stated that it's based on my experiences because when i began researching about ptsd and panic attacks, the symptoms and the written experiences are similar to that of what i've gone through when a certain memory is triggered.
i'm sorry if what i wrote is a completely wrong depiction of panic attacks
