chatter fills the halls as you, eugene, and gray walk through the barrage of students.

its been three days since you and gray have told ben about your middle school days.

"h-hey guys! t-the guys want to meet up...at the annex building after lunch!" he stiffly says, sweat covering his whole face.

you and gray stare at home for a while, "you're stammering..." gray points out the obvious.

"oh, am i? i see..." eugene answers awkwardly, smiling widely and showcasing his tow of teeth.

you laugh and shrug, "well, let's go to the annex then." you turn, walking towards the said building.

gray and eugene follow beside you, eugene seeming oddly excited. it was a sure scenario that he'd prepared something for you and gray, but for the sake of surprise itself, you'll decide to play along.

once everyone arrives at the annex, eugene walks forward to lead you and gray to the said hangout spot.

you all end up in an isolated part of the building, the halls unusually empty and quiet as you walk down a small flight of stairs.

"we're here."

eugene opens there door, and the first thing you see is ben, alex, and gerard sitting around a wooden table, drinks in hand.

"welcome, fair maiden and warriors of class five." ben greets with a dramatic english accent through his korean syllables.

"you're finally here." gerard speaks, hands tucked in his pockets as usual.

alex laughs, acknowledging you three with a smile.

the room is clean and spacious, things organised properly and a few accent displays sitting here and there.

there are few instruments laid out in the side, some sports balls hidden in a basket and a whole dvd speaker laid out in one of the shelves. this was a hidden treasure beneath trash.

you and gray gape at the room, surprised that a place like this had actually existed.

"i didn't know there was a place like this in school.." grays starts, observing the space and letting a small smile take control of his lips.

"big ben went through a great deal of trouble to find this place, haha." alex explains, the usual grin on his face.

"a great place deserves a great owner." ben glimmers in pride and you swear you can actually see shining stars around him.

"gray, what do you think about this place?" gerard asks one of the most awaited question, turning to gray.

the silverette is quite for a minute, a part of you convinced that he would often do this on purpose for the sake of suspense. there were many unexpected sides if him after all.

"i think..."

they all lean in the listen closer.

"it's cool."
