Age is just a number

Dipper POV

Pacifica, I can't break up with my current girlfriend. I'm sorry. I'm going to go now, and rethink tonight." I say, "Bye."

I begin to walk away, but I hear footsteps behind me and quickly turn around.

"I understand. Don't choose, keep your current girlfriend," Pacifica begins, "Just give me a hug goodbye." I decide to give it to her, and we hug one final time, before I walk back inside her house to get Mabel.

"Mabel?" I ask, while searching through the crowd. I wanted to get out of here as soon as possible so I don't run into Pacifica again.

"Mabel!" I say a little louder. That's when I see a big, pink, fluffy dress with roses. There she is!

I begin to run towards her, but I feel my arm get caught on something, or someone. I turn and see McGucket, who pulls me into a nearby room.

"Dipper! I've been looking for you! I fixed the laptop, but there's a warning. Something's coming, something big!" He says anxiously.

"McGucket, how about we talk about this tomorrow. I have to go, I'm sorry." I say as I run back into the crowd.

I grab Mabel and run out of the crowd saying "We have to go, now!"

"Why? I was finally in a conversation with a cute boy!" She says, struggling to get free from my hand. "Dipper! Let go!"

But I continue until we are out of her house.

"Mabel," I say, "because we have to walk home, I'm going to tell you what happened tonight. You can't tell anyone, and I'll only tell you if you walk home now."

Mabel sighed, "okay, bro bro, go ahead and start talking."

We begin to walk towards the Shack, and I begin to explain tonight's events.

"Well, Pacifica wanted me to bust the ghost. Her father made me wear a tux, which I'm still wearing. But throughout the night, Pacifica kept hinting that she liked me. First by giving me hugs, then by blushing, and finally by kissing me." I tell Mabel, who stops in her tracks.

"Pacifica Northwest?" She asks, "kissed you? Tonight!"

"Yes! I didn't want her to! After the ghost turned everyone to wood, I asked her to come outside and talk to her. But it was hard, because I kinda didn't mind the kiss..." I continue

"Dipper! You have a girlfriend. A great girlfriend that you wanted all summer! Be happy that you have Wendy!" She tells me.

"Let me finish! When we went outside, she began to get the idea that I was asking her out. She started blushing and stuff and I then told her that I have a girlfriend. She was heartbroken and told me to break up with Wendy, but I told her 'no'. Finally, at the end when I was walking away, she told me not to break up with my girlfriend. Then she gave me one last hug." I finish

"But you don't like Pacifica, right? She's been so mean. We made a little progress since mini-golf but that's it." She replies

"She's actually not that bad, but that might be because she was flirting with me the whole time, but there's one last thing that I saw tonight."

"What?" She asks

"When Pacifica hugged me, I saw something red run from behind a nearby tree. At first I thought it was a deer, but now I think it might of been a person. Wendy." I say
