"Ugh! I'm not that hurt!" Y/N protests from the bed that Shockwave and Soundwave made her rest on.
"It would be logical for you to rest," Shockwave explains calmly. Soundwave nods in silent agreement, "You need it."
"But I have stuff to do!" She objects. She begins to get up, but her aching side buckles in disagreement. Soundwave and Shockwave both try to help her regain her balance, but they bump into each other instead.
"That was illogical," Shockwave mutters as Y/N loses her balance.
"Gah!" She exclaims as she lands back on the bed with a heavy thud. The landing makes her side hurt even more than it did before, "OW!" Both Soundwave and Shockwave react almost immediately.
"Are you ok?" Soundwave replays from his saved recordings. Shockwave doesn't say anything.
They both give out their servos to help her readjust.
"Yes, I'm fine, could be better could be worse," Y/N answers with a sigh as she takes their servos, "Thanks for asking Soundwave," She adds with a glare directed towards Shockwave.
"I love you too," Shockwave responds with a rare instance of sarcasm, "I'll get Knockout to check if you're wound is still ok," He lightly taps his helm against hers as his own form of a kiss before leaving.
"Weren't you a medic before the war?" She asks with slight skepticism. He doesn't answers so she turns her helm towards Soundwave, "Wasn't he a medic before the war?" Soundwave nods, "Knew it! I'm gonna ask him why he won't just check my wound!" She begins to stand up, seeming to have forgotten what happened before, but Soundwave lightly eases her down back on her bed.
"You need rest," Soundwave replays what Shockwave said from before.
"I've already had enough rest!" Y/N objects.
Soundwave looks at her before replaying with a simple, "Please."
She looks at him for a moment before sighing, "Ok," She says as she grabs Soundwave servos, "Only because I love you and Shockwave," She smiles, "Wherever he currently is."
