Hello everyone and welcome to the Global Appetizer Course! This anthology collection gets its name due to the diverse cast of gems it contains. In here you'll find everything from cowboys to hybrids, all living and going about their lives.
CharacterHub is a character database that some time ago began posting daily writing prompts. I kept these stories stashed in my archives for several months and finally decided to touch things up and share them. Every prompt comes from the website and creators there. You'll find the prompts at the top of each story centered in bold italics. Like this:

While the prompts themselves did not come from me the stories and characters used did. These stories don't follow any linear timeline in this series so one story might mention one character and another might not mention them. Who gets used and why was all dependent on the daily prompt and how inspiration struck. Everything is canon though to the Era1 Universe so take heart in knowing that, random as things might be, it is all canon.
Some stories are longer. Some are shorter. Some have a serious tone. Others are silly and carefree.
How about the grammatical errors? I'm sure you'll find them. I'm a graphic designer by profession and dabble with writing in my free time (along with two dozen other hobbies). I don't have any formal education in writing and spare for the occasional Google search because... yeah... how ARE you supposed to use a metaphor properly? I really don't have many skills in this area.
So why write?
Because I started working on the Era1 Universe all the way back in 2016 and it's been a passion of mine ever since. As of 2023 I'm working on revamping the whole world system and trying to truly make this my own story world (rather than piggybacking on Steven Universe as a fan based thing).
Don't let the number of "chapters" in this thing scare you. Each "chapter" is actually a self contained writing! One prompt per day with a short story or story segment to follow. I hope you find some enjoyment in these stories.
