Your character finds a sticker collection. What's the story behind it?

"Thanks for helping me clean out the storage closet!" Peri chirped excitedly as she opened yet another box. This was just winter coats.

"Eh, I needed a break from book restoration." Snowflake shrugged and opened up a box. On the top of this box was a book covered in glitter stickers. She lifted the book out and held it up. "What's this?"

"My sticker collection!" Peri gasped excitedly. "I've been missing it!"

Snowflake handed the book over. "I didn't realize you collected stickers."

"Sometimes I do! I learned how to make my own and then I collect odd ones here and there." With great joy she flipped the book open and showed Snowflake one of the pages.

It was just a page full of glittery stickers.

"Ah, I see." Though, Snowflake didn't understand the appeal. They were just sparkly stickers.

Peri studied Snowflake's face and could tell the joy was lost on her. She sheepishly closed the book. "It's just something small and silly I like to do."

After a long moment Snowflake hummed. "So... do you collect them?"

"Sometimes. I guess? I have a box of them under my bed. I like to put new stickers in the book after we've had a long and hard fight or I'm feeling down. Seeing the happy stickers makes me smile and feel like everything will be alright."

Realization was hitting Snowflake. "It's kind of like a stress relief?"

"Coping mechanism," Peri added with a nervous laugh. "Yeah. Something like that."

Snowflake's smile grew. "That's pretty neat. Hey, you should come to Earth some time and I'll show you a place full of stickers."

"Full of stickers!?" Peri echoed in disbelief.

A warm laugh escaped her. "Yeah, they've got lots of stickers."

"Can we go!?"

Following the laugh a warm smile brightened Snowflake's face. "Sure. Next time you come for a visit we'll go look at all kinds of stickers."

Peri was practically vibrating with excitement. "I can't wait!"
