Lando and Oscar had been dating for a while, and now they were  filming in Mexico, it was fun. Oscar was dragging a chair around for one of the silly pictures he had to recreate.

He couldn't really be bothered but he liked seeing lando laughing and all happy and smiling.

For another picture, Oscar needed a cap. He looked for one but couldn't find one in reach, lando suddenly pulled his own off his head, "here do you want my cap?" He smiled and put it on Oscar's head.

Not like Oscar had time to say no, or not like he was going to say no because lando was already putting it on his head when he was still asking the question. "Thanks," Oscar smiled back and tucked the wave of his hair under it.

He smiled for the picture then stood back up. They were then told they were done for the day and they could go. The media person walked away, seemingly flicking through the footage.

"Here, you want your cap back?" Oscar said and took it off his head, offering it out for lando to take. But the other just smirked at him and walked away.

Oscar smiled to himself. It was a small yet kind gesture.

He put the cap back on and went to fullfil his last media duties and anything else he had to do around the paddock. He was sat in the hospitality for a while, On his phone. He got a few weird looks of the mechanics, a few snickered.

Oscar assumed it was the cap, but he really didn't care. So he shrugged it off and left the cap firmly on his head. Which was funny because the feeling of it was a little loose seeming Landos head was actually bigger than his own.

Throughout his media duties, he was asked about the cap almost none stop. He just laughed and said he wanted to wear it and he's fully allowed to do so. The interviewers nodded as if to say 'fair enough' and laughed with him.

He spotted lando in the paddock with George, and lando looked at him back, Oscar gave a small wave towards the Brit. The other looked like he turned red but still waved back with a smile.

Lando then waved him over with that same smile, George had looked at him by now, smiling at him to. Only now was Oscar noticing that Charles was there to.

"Hello mate! Nice cap," George snickered, "shut up George," lando huffed, "my merch is just lovely isn't it Oscar?"

"Lovely, nice and comfy," Oscar smiled, "he will have your hoodies next mate," George piped up, making the group laugh. Lando still went red and covered his face yet everyone around still knew he was also laughing.

"Anywyas are you done? Can we go back to the hotel?" Lando asked with a big smile, clearly wanting to go back. "Yeah I think so, we can go," Oscar replied with a shrug.

Lando then tugged on his wrist, taking him all the way to the car that takes them to the hotel. He never let go of Oscar's wrist once. Oscar didn't ask how lando had gotten all their bags already in the car. The Brit just had a way of doing it.

He grabbed the bags and dragged Oscar all the way up to their shared hotel room. Lando looked at Oscar with so much love when the door closed.

"You kept my cap on all day? Even though you got weird looks and got asked loads of questions.." lando smiled, looking down at his hands.

"Of course I did, why wouldn't I? It's lovely, thanks," Oscar said and kissed his cheek.

Lando smiled and grabbed his waist, pulling him in for a gentle kiss.

"It is comfy though," Oscar said against his lips, lando sighed and pulled away. "Can we go to bed I'm tired?" The Brit groaned and flopped down.

"Obviously," Oscar finished, laying next to him.

They both got changed and got into bed, Oscar finally taking Landos cap off. They cuddled into each other, Oscar mostly wrapped around lando like he always did as they fell softly asleep on each other.

Even if it was still early in the evening.
