Returning back to Mimi's nest,the three land near Jewel who was currently in a deep yet hearty conversation with Roberto.

The two failed to notice the three females landing near them.Until the youngest spoke up,"Mom!Can I go?"

"Where sweetie?"smiled Jewel

"With Tiago and Aunty Dew,to—"

"Stay close and don't go too far,"instructed Jewel

The young female macaw flew away to the visible group of flying chicks playing aerial soccer.

"Don't worry I'll watch em', she gets that from Blu,"replied Dew as the Jewel looked at her youngest daughter socializing in the jungle, unlike Rio.

"Weren't you going to tell me something this morning?"questioned Jewel

"Was I?oh right —I probably won't be around the tribe much!Since I'll be exploring!"replied Dew

"In that case, allow me to be your guide! I know the jungle like the back of my wing,"interjected Roberto

"That's a great idea!"said Jewel,"Beto can take you on a tour tomorrow and even show you some tricks with the kids later when you're free!"

"Huh!"gaped Dew,"you can't be serious."

"Trust me it'll be so much fun, I'll go tell the kids that the three of us are gonna hang out today!"said Jewel flying away to where the kids went.

"Jewel-no ,wait—"she sighed, giving up,"So, guess I haven't introduced myself,the name's Maria Dew Gunderson!"

"Where are my manners, Roberto,"he held his wing out to which the female reciprocated.

"Whatever she said just now, it's not really necessary, it'll be a waste of your time—"

Dew got interrupted by the male as he pulled her wing closer towards his bulging chest.Her focus now far away from eye contact.

"I'm always free for a macaw such as your self,"he stated

"Uh huh,okay,"she laughed wiggling out of his girp,"it's really not necessary,"she stepped back

"But I insist,"he stepped forward

"No, really,"she stepped back...again

"But I-"

"She said she's fine ref,"interrupted Mimi pushing away the male and hugging the female with her wings by making her bend slightly,"Now go back and rest before you take the children out near waters,"shooed Mimi

"Alright, alright but I'm still gonna be giving that free tour,"Roberto turned onlu to get hit on of the intricate tree trunks.

"Dude!you okay!"inquired Dew rushing to the crestfallen male.

Much to her surprise,the once suave male of male macaws flinched,at her slight touch.

The male heaved and tucked his wings looking around frantically, practically immobile until Mimi took the male's beak with her talons and slapped the living daylights out the male

Quite an affordable and effective method as one would say.Needless,the male was back to his previous stature,his eyes no longer wide,his breathing stable and no signs of any more post traumatic stress.

"I'm still giving you that free tour,"stated Roberto, taking flight without any obstructions this time.

"What in the—you know about this?"said Dew

"Oh yea sure,ever since he returned, escaping from the city he's been like that, nothing serious,"shrugged Mimi seemingly used to his scenarios,"give him a cracking and he's good as new!"she exclaimed getting back in her nest leaving the female out, perched on a branch.

"Well, that's certainly something,"she chuckled,"PTSD, memory loss, likely short-term."

"I wonder what'll happen if I slap him when he's fine,"pondered Dew flying towards the sky in search for the children.

Watching the children play for some time made Dew realise something,it was boring.

Instantly she remembered the oldest macaw requesting her presence in the auditions, however she could not leave the children alone,now could she.

"Hey Tiago!"she smirked,"wanna do something fun?"

The young male smirked back

"Yes, I'm sorry but Carla asked me to be with her this morning,"stated Dew

"Oh nono it's completely fine, I should've asked your opinion,"replied Jewel while holding a wild berry by her claw,"Anyways we'll be by the waterfalls if you get interested."

"Thanks, I probably won't, probably will,bye!"said Dew soon flying towards the denser part of the jungle
