During their time Rio,the flock made sure to introduce the two males to all the sights a tourist would love to see.The scarlet was not impressed,for he had seen them before,the blue macaw however was enamored by everything and anything.His buried past remained dormant as long as they chose not to interact with any random human, except for Dew's human family of course.

Two days later,the female spix was reluctant to part from the family and place.Exchanging farewells as she and Linda touched foreheads.Though, language served as a barrier to the two species, their eyes and instinct spoke for them.Spoke more than a politician at a conference.

Not long after almost all of Rio's birds and a dog gathered before takeoff.
The canine's harness made it quite easier for the spoonbill to carry him.

And as the gathered flock of birds took off into the sky,a mass rainbow coloured migration,never seen before became a phenomenon.Ranging feathers from bright to dull all flew towards their destination, leaving the on lookers from below dazzled by them.

Now of course they traveled quite slowly for there were young and old too.There were occasional on lookers and sightseers who steered away from the flock.Which is exactly why,Dew gathered volunteers,in case a bird strays away or gets lost.

And just a few days later of constant travel and breaks in between,on the exact day of carnival,they arrived at their destination.The Amazonian natives were quite intrigued at new faces and particularly the slobbering canine smiling ear to ear with his tongue dangling in the air.

The celebration was yet to officially start so the guests settled down in their temporary homes, courtesy of the two tribes pre arranging a place.While Dew and gang visited their own.

"Blu!Hey!!"shouted an excited spix still in flight.

"Dew!!"exclaimed the male besides his wife.

The ecstatic female crash landed on her brother and in law, flashing a smile,"I got the thing you asked,"said Dew immediately handing the object from talon to talon

"Really? That's great!"replied the male,"where are the kids?"questioned Blu

"Oh they were just behind me with Roberto."

The scarlet decided to pay a visit to his own tribe and gather information on how they were.But of course they would also be attending the celebration, however there was still plenty of time for that.

"And here they are,"the mother spix stated,no sooner after her childhood friend and children landed outside their home.

"Quite the number of friends you have there Miss,"said Edwardo landing behind Roberto. Acknowledging him with a Implying the various guest birds who seemed to know Dew

"Uncle Ed! It's good to see you!"exclaimed Dew going in for a hug immediately,"oh-Right!!Blu here has something to give you,"stated the female after shoving her brother towards his in-law.

"Wait me?"the male widened his eyes,"I thought we agreed to do it together,"whispered Blu aggressively.

"Yes Blu?"questioned the elder

"oh uhh-"the male fumbled while Dew stood besides Jewel, watching the scene.Whereas Roberto blanketed the younglings with his wings behind the elder.Not in fear for the outcome,but simply for comfort.

"Well we-I-I got this for you,"the male raised his talon, showing a black coloured object which was a fanny pack,

"Isn't that the one Linda-"questioned Jewel

"Yeah- it is,well I don't really use it,and it's better to use it than letting it sit idle,"replied Dew,"plus there are way more stuff Linda gave us over the years."
