"Felipe,"scowled the spix

The scarlet from above flew down facing Roberto with a mischievous glimmer in his eyes

"I'll admit it's a pretty night,"paused the scarlet,"but to come here uninvited,now that's not right,"he stared menacingly to which the spix stared back with equal disdain

"What the heck dude?You seriously just dropped me from th-"

The attention of the two was suddenly caught by an approaching bird covered in mud almost to an unrecognisable point

The three stared at the other not uttering a word until the scarlet laughed,"what is this your mascot?You take em' around like 'pets' now?"

Getting triggered by the scarlet,the male spix responded with his own remark,"Yea sure we got mascots,but what about you?Egos and tempers so red they paint your feathers?"

The scarlet didn't reply immediately but after a good while of staring,"leave,and if you or any of your kind come here uninvited, there'll be a price to pay and I assure you, it ain't gonna be pretty."

Taking one last look at the silent bird covered in mud,the male scarlet flew away leaving the two behind

Noticing the silence the male spix spoke softly,"Dew?...Dew listen I-"

"That was Lipe..."she cut him off,"Wow he's changed,"

"I think it's time to go home,"said the male

"I need to talk with him,ask him so many questions!!Why didn't he tell me there were more of us?Why didn't he ever come back even once!!?Does he even remember me..."

"Dew-...you saw how he is..... he's not the bird you once knew,"

"But,"she sighed,"if I could talk with him just once then maybe—... just maybe,"

Sensing the emotions,the male kept quiet, replying after a good moment of silence,"I think you should go clean up,"

"Oh right,haha,"she laughed

"Well it was a pleasant night, thank you for stalking me,"smiled Dew

"Again, I was patrolling!!"defended Roberto

"Sure, anyways good night, Roberto,"

After the male's response by a wink,the city female entered his bachelor pad to get her sleep, leaving him outside.

However not long after the female got woken abruptly by none other than her blood brother

"Huh?hah?Blu!? It's not even the crack of dawn what is it?"

"I know what to do!"

"Huh?"

"I'll be the one to surprise her. Breakfast in bed coming up,"said Blu flying through the exit with his fanny pack secured around his waist,and a very sleepy macaw following behind

"Yeah yeah, unbelievable,"said Dew yawning before her exit

Blu flies around the jungle looking for Brazil nuts to take back to Jewel,"Brazil nuts, where are you?"

"Still can't believe you dragged my tail to get nuts for your wife..."sighed Dew following behind,"hmm.... I'll look west,"said the female soon flying left

The male nodded soon landing on a tree,"I know you're around here somewhere,"

Suddenly small hands extend from above and touches Blu on the head surprising him,"Ah. Ow!"

A primate appears and quickly takes Blu's fanny pack,"Wha...? Hey!"
He then witnesses the monkey get onto the back of another monkey, laugh as they both take off with Blu's fanny pack,"No! Hey! Hey, come back here! Wait!"

"No",Blu follows behind as he sees the monkey take out his GPS device and play around with it,"That's not a toy."

"Erratic driving. Pull over,"stated the GPS lady

The monkey then drops the GPS and Blu quickly goes to catch it,he soon follows the monkeys as they head off.

The monkey starts playing around with Blu's toothbrush and despite the spix's protests the monkey sticks the toothbrush into his ear," Oh! Oh, oh, oh,"wrinkled Blu in disgust.The monkey then throws the toothbrush away,

Blu watches as the monkeys get away throwing more of the stuff in his fanny pack away.

Finally catching them as they are playing around with the rest of his stuff sitting on a tree branch,"Got you! Hmm. Thank you,"he snatches his belongings from the monkey's hand and the monkey takes off

As he does Blu notices a tree of Brazil nuts in the distance,"Huh. Finally! Brazil nuts."

He flies over and grabs one of the Brazil nut branches then takes out his swiss knife,"This is my most important tool,"Blu uses the knife to try and get the nut off the branch but fails eventually

As Blu is struggling to get the nut off the branch by using his beak,he sees Felipe and two other scarlet macaw's fly over to the opposite tree

"Well, well, well. What do we have here? I guess old Eddie's rules don't apply to everyone."The other birds laugh and Blu gets surrounded by more scarlet macaw's" You're on our side,"

"Oh. Oh, really? Okay, my bad. Uh...I didn't know that. Sorry,"apologised Blu

Letting go of the Brazil nut,the branch hits Felipe in the face making a loud echo in the jungle, surprising the scarlet's company

"Ah! Oh. Oops, sorry! Sorry!"

Felipe looks at him with anger in his eyes,"You come over here, take our food and now you insult me?"

"Oh. Oh, no, no, no. This is all just a big misunderstanding,"reasoned Blu

"You know, I wish I could accept your apology. You seem like a nice bird, but this means war!"proclaimed the scarlet

"What? Does...does it have to? Can it mean something else?"questioned Blu

"Today, in the Pit of Doom."

Blu snickered,"Sorry, the Pit of Doom? Really?"

Felipe flies over to Blu and kicks the Brazil nut away from him,"Oh, really."

"High noon. Oh, I'll make some room. Sweep you up like a broom."

Felipe starts laughing as he flies off with the other scarlet macaw's.

"Hey Blu I found one!!!"a shout from behind interrupted his deep train of thoughts,"hey what's wrong?we got the nut now come on let's go!"

"Dew-"trembled Blu,"I messed up."
