TMNT X Reader Oneshots Part 2

The city was buzzing with its usual late-night energy, but inside your apartment, everything was calm and cozy. You hummed a little tune as you finished setting up snacks on the coffee table, excitement bubbling up inside you. Tonight was special—not only because your boyfriends were coming over, but because you had a surprise for them.

It hadn’t been long since you and the turtles officially started dating, but already, they felt like they’d always been a part of your life. Each of them brought something unique to the table, and you wanted to give them something in return, something that showed how much they meant to you.

The sound of the balcony door sliding open caught your attention, and you couldn’t help but smile as you moved to the living room. They were here.

“Yo, Y/N! We’re in the house!” Mikey’s voice rang out, full of his usual bright energy.

You stepped into the room to find all four turtles there, looking just as vibrant and full of life as ever. Mikey, with his orange bandana and wild curls, immediately bounced over, giving you a big grin. “What’s up, my sweet angel?”

Leo, who always managed to combine laid-back with a bit of swagger, flashed you his trademark smirk. “Hey there, Y/N. What’s got you all smiley today?”

Raph, the biggest of the bunch and full of tough-guy charm, gave you a nod, his expression softening as he saw you. “Yo, Y/N. Everything okay?”

Donnie, who was never without his tech or some new gadget, adjusted his goggles as he scanned the room with curiosity. “Hmm, something’s different… What’ve you got up your sleeve, Y/N?”

You chuckled, your heart swelling with affection for each of them. “Why don’t you guys come over here and see for yourselves?”

Intrigued, the four of them followed you to the corner of the living room where your surprise was waiting. Their eyes widened as they took in the sight of the large 5x5 tank and the smaller prairie-like habitat on top. Inside the tank were three turtles, each in their own environment, while a fourth turtle roamed the habitat above.

“Whoa! No way!” Mikey practically shouted, pressing his face against the glass to get a closer look. “You got turtles?!”

Leo raised an eyebrow, clearly impressed. “You’ve definitely got our attention, Y/N. What’s the story here?”

Raph’s grin widened as he leaned in closer to the tank, his eyes sparkling with excitement. “Man, look at this guy! He’s got some serious bite!”

Donnie, who was already analyzing the setup, couldn’t hide his admiration. “This is a finely curated setup, Y/N. Impressive work.”

You smiled, feeling a swell of pride. “I thought you guys could use some company when you’re not here, so I got a little something to remind me of each of you.”

Mikey gasped, turning to you with wide eyes. “You named them after us, didn’t you?!”

You nodded, unable to hide your grin. “Yup! This little guy here,” you pointed to the red-eared slider swimming around the tank, “is Echo, after Leo. He’s always exploring, always the leader of his little pack.”

Leo gave you a cocky grin, clearly pleased with the comparison. “I mean, can’t argue with that. Echo’s got style.”

“And over here,” you continued, pointing to the spiny softshell, “we’ve got Ripple, who’s basically Donnie. He’s smart, strategic, and always finds the best way to do things.”

Donnie’s eyes practically glowed with pride as he leaned closer to inspect Ripple. “An excellent choice. The spiny softshell is known for its adaptability. Just like me.”

“And then we’ve got Crusher,” you said, pointing to the alligator snapping turtle. “He’s strong, protective, and maybe a little intimidating, but he’s got a big heart—just like Raph.”

Raph chuckled, crossing his arms over his chest. “Heh, this guy’s definitely got my vibe.”

“And finally, up top, we’ve got Marble,” you gestured to the ornate box turtle. “He’s colorful, full of life, and loves to roam around, just like Mikey.”

Mikey did a little happy dance, his excitement spilling over. “Marble’s my dude! This is, like, the best surprise ever!”

Leo nodded, clearly impressed with the whole setup. “You really thought this through, Y/N. It’s… actually really cool.”

Donnie was still analyzing the habitat, clearly deep in thought. “The meticulous detail in each environment is exceptional. Did you research their care yourself?”

Raph nudged Donnie with a playful smirk. “D, not everything has to be about research. Just enjoy it.”

Mikey was already plotting out ways to decorate Marble’s habitat, his mind buzzing with ideas. “Oh man, I’m gonna make this place look even cooler! Maybe a tiny skateboard ramp for Marble…”

You laughed, shaking your head fondly. “I’m glad you guys like it. I just wanted to give you something special to show how much you mean to me.”

Leo, ever the smooth talker, stepped closer, giving you a soft smile that made your heart skip a beat. “You’ve outdone yourself, Y/N. This is awesome.”

Raph gave you a gentle nudge with his elbow, his tone softening. “Yeah, you really know how to make a guy feel special, Y/N.”

Donnie, who was usually more reserved, gave you a rare, sincere smile. “You’ve got a knack for this, Y/N. Thank you.”

Mikey, never one to hold back, gave you another hug, his energy infectious. “You’re the best, Y/N! This is, like, next-level thoughtful.”

As the night went on, the five of you watched the turtles explore their new homes, each of your boyfriends making their own observations and adding their own personal touches. Mikey was especially captivated by Marble, already planning out a whole theme for his little habitat. Leo kept an eye on Echo, clearly impressed by how active and curious the turtle was. Donnie couldn’t help but start mentally designing potential upgrades, and Raph just enjoyed watching Crusher’s no-nonsense attitude.

At some point, Mikey’s excitement bubbled over again. “Yo, let’s do a movie night! We can chill here, eat pizza, and watch something epic while hanging out with our mini-mes!”

Raph’s grin grew wider at the mention of pizza. “Yeah, I’m down for that!”

Donnie gave a nod, clearly already running calculations on the perfect movie to watch. “As long as it has a decent plot, I’m in.”

Leo chuckled, already heading to the kitchen. “I’ll grab the popcorn. It’s time for an epic night.”

With the movie queued up and snacks at the ready, you all settled onto the couch. Leo lounged with his usual effortless cool, Raph took up most of the space next to you, Donnie found a spot with a good view of both the screen and the turtles, and Mikey sprawled out across everyone’s laps, his laughter filling the room.

As the night stretched on, you couldn’t help but feel a deep sense of contentment. You were surrounded by the people who meant the world to you, and you knew that no matter what came your way, you’d face it together.

These turtles—your turtles—had become your everything. And you wouldn’t trade this feeling for anything.
