Elemental Outbreak: Divinity

~Talia's POV~

"You stupid bitch!" Albien yelled as we landing hard to ground falling to one knee, "w-we should've just ran" I said as I looked down at my arms as they began to snap back in place and the cuts on me began to close up, "ran?! That prick thinks he's better than me! No one is going to out do me in the end I will be what's left of this world!" Albien continued to yell, I slapped my head and sighed, "shut up! You could've got us killed! If he's the leader we need to prepare!" I yelled at him, it went quiet for a few moments.

"What are you suggesting?" Albien asked, I smiled as I rubbed my eye scar "this is our ticket to get back with the group" I said I felt my heart begin to beat irregular it was like my heart and Albien's heart were beating together with excitement even though he didn't have a physical form, "maybe that fight was worth it" Albien said his tone lightening up.

I slowly began to fly up and over the buildings, "hmm oh that way is home" I said pointing to the coast area, "I should probably get a move on I'm sure  they'll be super excited to see me again, maybe mad, probably but it'll be okay" I said chuckling and blasting off feeling the air brush against my skin a feeling I'm starting to really love.

~Freya's POV~

I dusted off the table in what was the break room and watched as Martin laid out a map, "so show us where y'all were at" Martin said, Daija and Dontae looked at each other and then to Eliana for a bit to long but Daija sighed and pointed down at the map, "here" he said circling a area we never truly explored, "well that's something they must of really wanted to find us if they came this far the last time, y'all must of been walking for a while?" Yazmin said to them, they nodded.

I stared at the map and put my finger a bit away from where Daija pointed but not that far, "this area is where that fire was burning so that means if it was Talia she could be in that area right?" I asked Martin shrugged, "possibly if we assume it was her, but considering it's not just her" he went silent for a moment, "she probably moved areas" he said.

"So we should just look up from there then right?" Blake said slowly, "yeah I guess so it's the best bet to avoid the Divinity while also trying to actually find Talia" Martin said, "y'all sound like y'all got this down? Have y'all been out here this whole time?" Daija asked, "somewhat" I said, "yeah we had a true safe house but obviously we're here now so that didn't work out" Martin said beginning to fold up the map, "well I say since it's still mid day we take our chances and get some scouting in if we run into any Divinity members we do what we got to do" he said I nodded and hastily walked out the room.

I grabbed my bag that I put on the floor it didn't have anything in it other than a water, if it comes to it I will stay out searching for her until I find her. I made my way down the stairs and headed outside. The midday temperature was warm, it felt nice, but only for a moment.

I paused as I felt the area begin to heat up rapidly and I heard the faint crackle that fire makes growing louder I look up as I saw a ball of fire coming towards my direction and land a few feet from me. The heat coming off it was intense I started to form ice on my body to cool myself off. The fire had a hue of black to it and I instantly felt a feeling of dread hit me.

"Hey Freya" Talia said as she came walking out the fire, her voice echoing with hers and, Albien's. I was too stunned to speak I wanted to find her now that she's in front of me I can't move, "what's wrong? It's me" she said trying to step towards me as soon as she did I put my hands up covered in ice "that's not the reaction I was expecting? You know I came this way because guess what! I ran into the cult's leader! Can you believe that?!" She said pulling at her shirt making the damage to it more exposed.

"And holy fuck" she was going to continue, "what do you want Albien?" I said cutting her off she paused or he paused, "I'm not sure I follow?" They said looking at me confused. "You know, I know you're in there don't act like the other day didn't happen what do you want?" I started to form multiple spikes on the ice that I had made and stared them down.
