Elemental Outbreak: Divinity

~Talia's POV~

I quickly looked around the area while dodging attempts from the cult to ground me. I half hazardously landed on the other side of the giant canyon, I quickly looked back and could see in the far distance Freya and the others were making their way this way, but I couldn't wait for them, or make sure they were going to be okay, I need to find Eliana, Roman is the type to try and get into someone's head I know she's somewhere around here.

"Where would a cult keep their prisoners?" I asked myself looking around. I stared at the building that was falling apart, "there has to be a safe in" I thought and I slowly walked over to the side closest to the canyon and looked in. "Eliana! Are you here?!" I called out but I didn't get a response just the faint noises of debris falling down and the faint screaming and explosions coming from behind me.

"Shit I guess I'm going in" I said and I used my fire to slowly hover over the canyon and into the building. I could see a bit more now that my fire was illuminating the area and it was a mess, the building interior looked like a tornado ran throughout the halls. There was blood smeared all over the place and a few cultist bodies. I assumed I was on level ground and decided to stop hovering around to keep myself hidden.

I took a few steps as quietly as I could but with the shattered glass and debris it was almost impossible. "Eliana?" I quietly called out but again nothing, "come on where are you?" I thought to myself. I quickly stopped when I lost my footing over something on the floor, I looked down and saw a cluster of shattered crystals.

I looked around but no one was seemed to be around, at least no one living I heard groan coming from my left and saw a zombie stumbling towards me, "fuck how did you manage to get in here?" I said before I killed it noticed it had crystals lodged in its neck and side, "this has to be Eliana's doing, why didn't she kill you?" I said as I used my fire to burn the zombies head to ash. It wasn't like her, it takes a few moments to kill a zombie. "Maybe she's injured?" I said to myself, I had to find her before something happens to her.

I walked down the destroyed hall way killing a few zombies on the way each one having crystals lodged in them some of them had fresh bites on them which means there's more zombies near by. I came to a crossing in the building and looked for my left and saw an entry that led outside, I remember Daija telling us that the back was a small area so I was going to turn right until I caught something in the corner of my eye.

I turned to look down the hall that led outside again and noticed a few crystals shimmering from the sun outside, I formed a small ball of fire and was almost blinded. The hall was covered in crystals it was like I was looking into a geode. "Eliana?" I called out. No response.

I walked into the hall way and saw a guy laying against the wall, "run, just, run" he said I kneeled down to him and saw he was stabbed repeatedly in the chest, he was barely clinging to life. "I'm sorry" I said as I got up and made my way slowly continued my way outside.

I carefully stepped outside and was surprised, this back area was pretty, it was a garden filled with flowers and birch trees. It really looked out of place here then again anything next to the Divinity looked out of place. I heard a gargling noise to my right and I looked to see a girl with purple hair standing still.

"Eliana? Hey look I know this isn't the best time but I'm sorry" I said, she turned around and before I could see her I felt a crystal pillar get rammed into my stomach. I flew back and got rammed into the wall that was surrounding the whole place, "Eliana?" I said trying to push the pillar aside, I looked up and was horrified with what I saw.
