Beomgyu and Yeonjun had spent their night together talking and laughing."Okay so my nana and I used to have food fights sometimes when making breakfast together. It started because I was stirring the batter of pancakes and I took the spoon out and batter flicked onto her face. So then she grabbed some flour and patted it on my nose. We covered in ingredients but the food was delicious."
Yeonjun laughed with him.
"My grandma used to teach me how to dance when my parents weren't around. I used to watch her and my granddad dance as a child, she always looked so happy." He smiled at the memory. "I haven't seen her in a while but I miss dancing with her."
"I wish I knew how to dance. You should teach me one day."
"Sure I don't see why not."
Beomgyu yawned and laid down as he looked at him. "You have this bad boy look to you but on the inside you're just a really big softie."
Yeonjun chuckled a little and laid down as well. "Maybe. Good night."
"Good night Yeonjun."
He stared up at the ceiling for awhile before falling asleep. He woke up the next day before Beomgyu did so he decided to get washed up first. He got up and went into his bathroom closing the door, he loooed at himself in the mirror and then noticed a small scratching on the wall behind him. He turned around to get a closer look, his fingers grazing over the scratchings.
You are enough
Yeonjun stared at it and then looked back at the mirror and the rest of the bathrooom. He turned on the shower and as bad as it sounds he started to look around. Beomgyu wasn't being honest with him and who was he to judge when he was just—
Yeonjun sighed and stopped himself. This was an invasion of privacy, he stepped into the shower and soon came out and got dressed. When he opened the bathroom door Beomgyu was just then waking up. He rubbed his eyes and groaned a little, Yeonjun smiled at him.
"Good morning."
"'morning." He mumbled.
Yeonjun walked over to him and looked at his hair, his long brown hair messy and wild from his sleep. He reached forward but then stopped himself.
"Can I touch your hair?" He asked.
Beomgyu looked up at him from his bed and felt the heat rushing to his face. He quickly tilted his head down.
"Uhhh okay."
Yeonjun reached forward and gently ran his fingers through his light brown hair. It was soft and he could smell it from where he stood. He chuckled a little causing Beomgyu to look up at him.
"What?" He pouted at him.
"Nothing, it's just so soft and you're so...cute."
He could feel his face heating up again and he quickly stood. "I am hungry, lets eat." He quickly put on his bedroom slippers and Yeonjun followed him out and they had breakfast together.
...
The weekend before Yeonjun's birthday was the day Beomgyu picked to put his surprise dinner together. They set up in the backyard and his parents even made a few suggestions for the layout. He set up the table, grabbed the balloons and Hueningkai and Soobin came over as well to help a little bit. He was really excited and even made Yeonjun a gift, he baked the cake from scratch and helped cooked their lunch. He had never been more excited about throwing a birthday party before. He wanted this day to be special for him and he always went all out for people he cared about.
