Transformers Rescue Bots - The Future

People have been hearing things in the forest so they have to go investigate.

"I'm sorry, but did we all need to go out here tonight and look?" Dani questions, finding herself exhausted as she sits in Blades' cab.

"The forest is pretty big, but I agree, did we have to be a part of this?" Graham says, finding himself holding back a yawn.

"It is better to be safe than sorry." Chief Burns states, knowing that he too would rather be in bed right now but the job needs to be done. "Besides, the mayor sometimes has a hard time believing anything."

"Yeah, especially when it comes from the bots." Kade says. "I still remember that time High Tide was trying to tell him of the oil spill, the bot had to basically give up trying to explain why he was docked at the spot he was."

They all decided to split up, covering the whole bit of forest much faster but making sure to check absolutely everywhere there was in there. It was dark and late, but all of them were determined to get the job done if it meant no longer being called about the strange sounds coming from the forest.

it went on for a while, no one finding anything. there was zero evidence as to what people could even be hearing in the first place. They almost managed to search the whole place when they finally got a small sound.

Blades and Dani both heard it, but neither were sure as to where it came from or what it even was. Both thought for a minute they were just hearing things but then something was rustling towards them and out of pure fear, Blades grabbed the tree branch from the tree and swung it.

"WOAH!" It was Chase, barely dodging the branch and slipping on the muddy ground to fall more into the muddy mixture.

Blades luckily did not hit him but he too lost balance and slipped, connecting to the mud as his body hit the floor. There was silence between the two for a moment as we all registered exactly what just happened, then decided to get up and somewhat try to talk in peace.

"Blades, what was that for?!" Chase questions, trying not to freak out about the idea that his own companion literally just tried to murder him.

"I thought you were going to kill me!" Blades answers, totally still frightened

"With what? my foot?" Chase asks, not having anything on him that can even be used as a murder weapon of sorts. "Blades, there is nothing here that can kill you!"

"He's right, there is-"

Did Blades know Heatwave came up to the group? No, he definitely did not. In that pitiful moment, Blade swung hard with the tree branch and completely hit Heatwave right in the helm, causing the bot to be brought backwards and slip on the mud. It did not help that they were at the top of a hill, as Heatwave was then tumbling down it and vanishing down into the darkness.

"Blades!" Chase, Dani and even Chief Burns yelled at the bot at that moment.

"What?! He scared me!" Blades says in his defense. "Don't worry, he probably doesn't even know it was me."

they heard a thud in the distance, completely unsure what that was for. Boulder was right on his way from where it came from and found a questionable sight before him.

"Kade, what are you doing out of Heatwave's cab?" Graham questions. "Also, why is there a tree on Heatwave?"

"I would explain it if I could register it but Blades hit us with a branch and we fell down, then the tree was coming down so I hopped out." Kade says in the shortest way possible.

"Hey Blades." Boulder greets as he sees the bot appear at the top of the hill. "We found a speaker awhile back if that means anything, we grabbed it to be sure. Also, Blades, I think you need to grab the giant stoke."

"On it." Blades went to move, the branch that lies still in his servos hitting Chase and flat out causing the bot to be in pain and even throw him to the floor. "Whoops."

Chase kicked that branch out of Blades' servos, continuing to lay on the ground while Blades had to go get the additional help that was requested. It was relieving though that they found something that might be making the possible noise too.

"You good to get up Chase?"

"No, not yet." Chase knew he was still hurting, he just needed another minute to not be winded. "How's Heatwave doing down there?"

"Heatwave, how are you doing?" Kade asks, looking at the bot. Unfortunately, the bot was really only staring at him, not saying a word but was probably thinking he was ranting. "Ok then."

"I hope Blades is back with it soon." Boulder says. "Also, who gave him the branch?"

Unfortunately, no one could give a response.
