Cyberchase: When Worlds Collide [On Hold]

As the audience gathered around the main stage, WordGirl stepped out from behind the curtains, microphone in hand, her confident voice ringing through the air.

"Good evening, everyone! Thank you all for being here tonight. Let's give a big round of applause for Martin and Chris Kratt!" She exclaimed, igniting a wave of enthusiastic cheers and applause from the crowd.

"Woo! Go WordGirl!" TJ shouted, raising his fist in the air. Then, with a less enthusiastic tone, he added, "And, uh, Martin and Chris too, I guess."

"Where’s Becky? She wouldn’t want to miss this," Violet asked, glancing around, her brow furrowed with concern.

"I don’t know. She should’ve heard the announcement," Sally Botsford replied, her worry creeping into her voice. A nearby patron hushed her, urging her to be quiet.

Once the crowd settled, the Kratt brothers took the stage, beaming with excitement. "Thank you all for being here and showing your support. It truly means the world to us," Martin Kratt said, his voice beaming with gratitude.

"Absolutely! The world is home to so many incredible creatures, each with their own unique abilities that help them live free and in the wild!" Chris Kratt added, his enthusiasm drawing cheers and smiles from the audience.

But as the Kratt brothers continued their speech, a piercing scream cut through the air, followed by the sound of the stage curtains falling in a dramatic crash. The audience gasped in shock, as several menacing villains emerged from behind the curtains, accompanied by Tobey's powerful robots.

A wave of panic spread through the crowd, causing many to flee in terror, while a brave few, including Becky's family, friends, and the Cybersquad, stood their ground.

"Surprised to see us?" Zach taunted, his voice dripping with arrogance as he loomed over the stunned crowd. His sinister laughter echoed, sending chills through the air.

“What in the creature world are you all doing here?” Chris shouted, his voice tight with anger, his fists clenched as he confronted the villains.

“Isn’t it obvious?” Dr. Two-Brains scoffed, his tone laced with disdain. “We’re here to put an end to you and WordGirl once and for all!”

Just then, WordGirl appeared, stepping boldly behind the villains. Her stance was strong, unwavering. “Sorry to burst your bubble,” she called out, her voice calm but filled with authority, “but I’ve taken each of you on individually countless times. Facing all of you at once? Just another day’s work.”

Hacker stepped forward, flanked by his henchmen and the Cyberspace villains, much to the shock of the Cybersquad. WordGirl’s eyes widened in disbelief at the unexpected new threat.

"Oh really?” Hacker sneered, his voice dripping with contempt. “Do you really think you can take us all on at once?”

WordGirl squared her shoulders, her eyes blazing with determination. “I’ve faced many challenges before, but this... this is something new. And I’m ready for it.”

Hacker’s smirk grew wider. “You’re bold, I’ll give you that. But being bold won’t protect you from our combined strength.”

WordGirl met his gaze, unflinching. "I’ve handled worse. Your united syndicate doesn’t scare me,” she declared, her voice unwavering, full of confidence.

“We’ll see about that, ZING!” Seymour Smooth bared his perfect sparkling white teeth, which released a blinding beam of light. As Seymour’s attack zipped past, WordGirl effortlessly dodged through the air, her movements fluid and precise, creating distance between herself and the villains.
