She nodded and then pulled up her learning program. The calendar in the school's program had all due dates from the syllabus from each class as well as school assignments that were updated as information was put into them.

Sue scanned through her assignments which were mostly studying for quizzes. Funny enough she had a math assignment due for tomorrow's class that required paperwork and online work. The paperwork was proof the work was actually done.

"Professor Bad?"

He sighed in annoyance, "Yes, Susan?"

"If I start my math homework will you help me with showing my work?"

"You're not done with your homework?"

"I mean you only gave it out yesterday?"

"Susan, last I recall you had a very high grade in the class. Why do you need my help?"

She leaned on her elbow, "Because I'm tired of getting points taken off for the way I show my work. I don't want a 98% I want a 100%."

"You still have an A?"

"Listen, are you going to help me or not?"

They glared at one another for a moment before he answered, "Fine. Do the first problem and show your work then show me. It's not like anyone is actually going to come".

Susan nodded and began writing out her problem.

She hated algebra and had to study to actually get anything right. This was probably her second hardest class she was taking which says a lot since all of her major-related classes were completed, even her final paper for her Masters's degree.

After a few minutes, she slid her paper over to Professor Bad, "The answer is right."

"I'm sure of it, it's your work I'm looking at."

He opened up a pen and began gazing down at the work before him. Then the pen hit the paper crossing out work and circling it. He pushed the paper back towards her.

She then pushed the paper back, "Very obvious you don't like my work. I want you to show me how you want it."

Bad rolled his eyes and held up the paper, "Your work is scattered across this paper. If it was anyone else reading it they'd be lost."

"Well thank god I'm not a math major."

He then pointed at the paper with his pen, "When you write out your answer write all the equal signs like a ladder going down then do the work on either side to explain it." Bad slid the paper back to her. "I expect it to be like that from this point forward."

She rolled her eyes, "You know this is like — a general math class. The lowest level."

"Then it shouldn't be hard for you to do, should it?"

At this point she kept her mouth shut as to avoid another event such as the one she had with Professor History. She continued to work on her math assignment through the duration of the tutoring session. No one showed up leaving the two in complete silence until the very end.

"Alright Miss Walters, thank you for coming today. I'll see you for the next session, have a nice day." His neutral expression already told her he could care less about her day.

"You as well professor."

OoOoOoO

"Are you surprised?" Carol asked as she continued to paint. "I always heard he was the nastiest out of all of them."
