The morning sun streamed through the windows of the medical center, its warmth doing little to ease the apprehension in Andrea's chest. She sat in the waiting room, flanked by Taeyong and Johnny. The sterile smell of antiseptic filled the air, and the faint hum of the receptionist's computer keys was the only sound.
Andrea's fingers hovered over her phone as she hesitated, then opened the thread of messages from Victoria. Her best friend had sent dozens of texts the night before, most of them describing her day, the group's antics, and how much she missed Andrea.

As she scrolled, a tear rolled down her cheek, blurring her vision. Johnny, seated beside her, glanced at the phone over her shoulder. His brow furrowed as he reached into his pocket, pulling out his phone.
"What are you doing?" Andrea asked, sniffling as she wiped at her eyes.
"I'm buying tickets," Johnny said, his tone as casual as if he were ordering lunch.
Andrea blinked, her confusion evident. "What?"
Before Johnny could respond, the nurse called Andrea's name. She stood, wincing slightly at the pull in her side, and followed Johnny and Taeyong into the exam room. The doctor greeted her with a polite smile, his clipboard in hand.
After a thorough check-up and a few questions about her recovery, the doctor finally nodded. "You're cleared. You can resume normal activities, but take it easy. Don't push yourself too hard."
Relief flooded Andrea's chest, but the moment was cut short when the doctor added, "Jaeda will let you know when you can return to the mansion."
Back in the lobby, Johnny leaned against the wall, arms crossed. "You're going to see my sister."
Andrea frowned. "Johnny, you're gonna be all alone here—"
"It's okay. I'll manage," he interrupted, waving her off. But before she could argue further, he added, "Besides, I'm coming too."
Andrea raised an eyebrow. "Wait, what?"
"You're not the only one who misses Victoria," Johnny said with a grin. "And there's no way I'm missing the chance to see Trick and Ethan Page live."
