sunghoon finds me in defeated state, "don't beat yourself up too much yun, I'm impressed. You came back to street racing after a long time and you're still a natural." he pats my back.
my lips curved softly, "thanks hoon, lend your homework after school I'll get it done for you."
"oh i will, that class is putting me on the deep end." he chuckled beneath his breath.
"you guys made a bet?" comes Jake with curiosity, sunghoon next to him nodded. "she wins, I'd have to do the project with you, I win and she does my math homework for the month."
"woah, you really don't wanna do the project with me that bad? scared of spending some time with me?" he teases and I scoffed.
"i didn't think of it like that, it was more of giving myself more time to focus on other class work if I won and he got to do it with you. He's your best friend is he not, would you rather do it with me?" my brows drew in together, and the male smirked.
"and what if i did?" he questioned, leaving the others stunned, as well as me.
I dodged his question, "then we start tomorrow and get the highest score." my eyes dug into his and the others intensively watched.
"tension" sunghoon whispered to jungwon, Jungwon flashed a quick smirk, "you tell me."

"how come you're constantly staying at my place jungwon?"
"I don't know I just like having company plus you're alone in your house, with my parents working so am I. Got used to living with you like a brother." he giggled and I just pull him into a hug.

he pulls himself away from the hug and his eyes light up, "are you going to start the project with Jake tomorrow?"
"yeah, i kind of have an idea of where to go and despite him being my partner, I want the grade on the project to be really good."
"I mean I doubt it won't, you both are the classes top English students." he assured.
"really makes me wanna bet him since we're both top students but we're partners ugh." i groaned and the bubbly male laughed hard.
