My Saviour

(Lucy's POV)

"How did you guys sleep?"Mum asked plating up some pancakes 3 on each plate and we had a plate there was pre cut fruit in little bowls in the middle of the table i got strawberries,blueberries and banana pieces.

We all started to eat our food i finished first leaving two pancakes because there was no way i was eating 3 whole pancakes in one sitting i walked upstairs and got back into bed.

"Luce do you wanna go out for a bit?"Tim asked me
"Yea sure"i told him taking off my jumper before grabbing my hoodie and putting that on instead "Come on guys"Angela said stood at the door impatiently waiting for us.

We left the house and walked to the beach we stayed there for a few hours then walked into town to get lunch we went to the chippy and bought a large portion of chips and gravy to share we ate then put
the rubbish in the bin.

"My mum said i need to go home now bye
lovebirds"she said leaving "i guess we better go
too"i told tim "i don't mind staying out later"he told me "zoe will get annoyed if i stay out late"i told him.

"Ring her"he told me "why?"i asked confused "i'll ask her if u can stay at mine"he said i nodded "okay thank you tim"i told him i rang zoe and put her on speaker "hey zoe it's tim i have a question"he said.

"What's your question?"she asked "Can lucy stay at mine tonight?"He asked "Yea sure but don't make sure she eats and make sure she doesn't get ahold of any medicine or sharp objects"she told him "Mum!"i said annoyed.

"Lucy i want you safe darling okay"She said "yea fine we're going now see you tomorrow love you"i said "love you too lucy"she said before hanging up.

We walk to tim's in silence "Hey mum it's me and a friend"Tim said as he lead me inside "That's nice i'm going out for the night you too better behave"his mum said before leaving tim turned on the kitchen lights.

"Let's make dinner it's like 8pm what do you
want?"he asked "I'm not hungry"i told him
"Lucy you heard zoe you need to eat"he told me
"fine i'll have a chicken salad"i told him "okay i'll
start cooking the chicken"he said.

I got out a sharp small knife "Woah why are you getting that?"tim asked "to cut up the vegetables?"
i said "maybe let me do that lucy"he said "no i can handle cutting up vegetables tim"i told him getting out a few vegetables and slicing them into different sizes.

We dished it all up and ate then put our leftovers in the fridge and our dishes in the sink we went into tim's room and lay on his bed watching a movie my head started pounding so bad but i tried to ignore it.

I managed for another few hours but it got worse "Tim can u get me a paracetamol please?"i asked
him "Why?"he asked "i've got such a bad headache it's making my head pound"i told him.

"Come with me"he said leading me downstairs
we got to the kitchen and he gave me a paracetamol after a few minutes it started to kick in so i got into bed and slowly fell asleep.
