"Ah, first and foremost, I commend you for collecting the pieces rather quickly. But to answer your inquiries, I actually do happen to know of the place."
The Twili felt a wave of relief flow over him. At least now he wouldn't have to use up more time looking through the sky.
(Y/N)'s father continued to speak. "The place is a lovely place. Strong gusts of wind here and there, but hopefully it won't take too long to find the last piece. The place you should be looking for is the city in the sky known as Oocca. I'll give you certain coordinates so that you don't end up in the wrong place."
After Caeus was given the coordinates, he thanked (Y/N)'s father and magically brought himself to the city, almost landing in round body of water resembling a pool. Thanks to the given coordinates, however, he landed just a few inches away, landing on concrete instead of the water.
He looked to his surroundings and noticed that the gusts of wind were in a consistent pattern so if he stepped correctly, he could find the piece in no time. He proceeded forward and just as he was about to enter what seemed to be a dungeon, a little strange bird-like thing appeared. It had a human head and bird body and the sight kind of threw Caeus off a bit.
In all his time of living, he had never seen such a peculiar creature. But the thing seemed friendly enough so he approached it.
"Excuse me, do you happen to know where I can find a piece of paper that looks like this?" The Twili man showed a piece to the bird who inspected it carefully before looking back to the man's gaze.
"Ah yes! I have! It's in my shop! Peculiar little paper, yes it is. Do you by any chance need it?" inquired the little bird.
A smile was brought to Caeus's face. Perhaps he could make it in time before (Y/N)'s meeting with Link.
"Yes, yes I do. May I have it? Or must I buy it off of you?"
The bird shook it's head. "I shall give it to you, um, what is your name?" It tilted its head, searching for his answer.
"Oh, apologies for the late introduction. My name is Caeus. And you are?"
The bird flapped its wings. "Ah, Caeus. My name is Ooccoo. As I was saying earlier, I will give you the piece, but I must ask a favor of you first."
"There goes my chances of finding it quickly," Caeus told himself. But he knew what needed to be done. "Of course," he said, "How may I be at your service?"
"Great! You see, my son, Ooccoo Jr. seems to have gotten lost. Can you help me find him? Once you do, I'll give you the piece of paper as promised!"
Caeus agreed and the two went in search of the little bird. During their little hunt, Ooccoo told stories to Caeus of how Ooccoo Jr. was constantly getting lost and how a boy in green always brought him back to her.
"Caeus," a voice erupted into his head and it seemed to be (Y/N)'s father once again, "Have you found the piece yet?"
The gusts of wind were getting stronger and it was becoming harder for Caeus to hear him, but he still could hear nonetheless. "Almost there, just a little more time."
Just as the father was about to speak more, the wave lengths were interrupted as Ooccoo was almost blew away by the strong wind. Caeus rushed to save the little bird.
"I think I see him, Caeus! Ooccoo Jr.!" she said as Caeus held the bird to keep her from flying away.
He decided he would contact (Y/N)'s father later being as he was so close to retrieving Ooccoo Jr. and the final piece.
But the process was taking a bit longer than expected. Minutes became hours because the wind kept shifting Ooccoo Jr., thus having his two locators running too and fro. Though Caeus could have teleported, he couldn't exactly bring Ooccoo with him.
When they finally where able to get a hold of Ooccoo Jr., the mother was thrilled.
"I'll teleport us to the entrance. Come on, Caeus."
He mentally threw himself against a wall. If he'd had known from the start she was capable of such abilities, he could have just teleported himself to all of Ooccoo Jr.'s relocations. But, at least, the task was done.
Ooccoo happily gave Caeus the piece of paper as it glowed and he was well on his way, after thanking her of course. Caeus decided that putting the pieces together in front of the (L/N) family and Midna would be much better than putting it all together by himself. He wanted them to see what was on the page as well.
He left the sky and brought himself to the entrance of the Sacred Grove, but once standing there, something was strange about the environment. His steps were slow, but they gradually became a sprint as he ran deeper and deeper into the forest.
He tried to contact the father but Caeus heard nothing.
What he was seeing was making him uneasy. Skull Kid wasn't there to greet him and ask if he wanted to play a game with the puppets. Several tree barks seemed to be blasted at and slashed at as smoke was emitting from a few.
"It must've have been (Y/N)'s blasts. I wonder what happened?"
Caeus rushed through until he reached the center where the family and Midna would normally be. He saw no one, but he did hear a whimper. He carefully walked around to see that Skull Kid was lying on a stump.
Using his powers, Caeus healed Skull Kid's wounds. He put him in an upright posture, concern filling his eyes.
"Where are they Skull Kid? What happened?"
Skull Kid coughed a little bit, but had strength to speak. "They found out. Link's army found out that we were here and attempted to attack. I tried to have my puppets fight them off, but the family ended up fighting them off." Skull Kid pointed to a little patch of dirt. "They left a note for you, Caeus."
The Twili man carefully left Skull Kid to heal and walked to the patch. Written in the dirt, which he could tell was written in a rather rapid manner, was a message that read:
I've had enough. I can't wait any longer. Meet us in the Twilight. We'll be there.
-(Y/N)
This was not good. Just when Caeus had the pieces, the family and Midna had went on without him. He had no choice but to put the pieces together by himself.
He removed all the pieces and they started to glow, magically gluing together to form a fixed page. Caeus held the page in his hand, and was rather surprised to see that only a good two to three lines filled the page. But what he read was what caused his to freeze. Skull Kid saw the mystic glow from the page and hovered to look at the page himself, earning the same expression that Caeus wore.
"I need to go," Caeus jolted from his spot, "And I need to go now."
