"Hi, Jason,"

I looked over at my neighbor and looked away. There is nothing more unattractive than a girl who can't take a hint. I pulled my helmet on and got out of there as fast as I could. Don't get me wrong the girl is beautiful. They all are. I just can't stand girls who throw it out there like they couldn't care less who they trapped. They have no idea the kind of monsters they can attract. Monsters like me for example.

I parked my bike between Dick's and Roy's. I didn't recognize the third one. I pulled my helmet off looking into the visor to make sure my hair was still intact.

"You're pretty. Now let's go," I looked back to see Dick stand behind me with Tim.

"Pretty? Bitch, I'm gorgeous," I smirked in my brother's direction.

"Okay," Tim laughed rolling his eyes.

"Come on, we have to mess with Damian about this," Dick added.

"The only reason I came," I said going over to them.

The paps were on us the instant we stepped onto that red carpet. Neither of us said a word as we walked in. Coming back from the dead was worse when Bruce made me do it legally. It was hilarious watching him try to explain that it wasn't me in those pictures the coroner had taken. How he tried to tell them it was all some sick joke the Joker had played. How the batman had found me in one of the Joker's old hideouts. I hate the fucking clown and I hate that he's still alive. I hate that Bruce didn't kill him for what he had done to me. I hate how I handled everything in the end.

"Hey, you good?" I was brought back by Tim who snapped his fingers in my face.

"Yeah, do that again and I'll break your damn fingers," he stepped away.

"Jay, calm down. We were trying to get your attention for a bit. You were out of it," Dick said stepping in front of me.

"Sorry, I've been a little stressed out," I admitted. There's no use in hiding this.

"I heard. New guy in town?" I nodded spotting the tiny demon standing next to Bruce.

"There he is," I said the smile and joy returning to me knowing how much I'm going to enjoy this.

"Let's go," Dick said smacking me on my back. I shoved him. He knows I hate it when he does that. He stumbled into a waiter knocking a tray of champagne glasses off his hand.

"Watch where you're going, Dick," I smirked. Tim laughed before trying to mask his joy with a very unsubtle cough.

"I am so sorry," Dick said nervously bending down to pick up the tray for the guy. He stepped on a piece of glass slipping almost falling over. A hand steadied him. We all looked away at the way Bruce was looking at us.

"My apologies," he said dismissing the waiter.

"It's okay, Mr. Wayne. It happens all the time," he said motioning others to come help him clean up the mess.

"Always a pleasure to have you here, Jason," he said knowing all of this was my doing.

"Always a pleasure to disrupt your peace, Brucie," he sighed.

"That's not how you're supposed to address father," Damian the demon said looking up at me.

"The four of you together are trouble. Please, keep it together tonight. It isn't about either of you,"

"That's right you found a long-lost daughter. An older, of age daughter who's not a little shrimpy like this one,"

"I will hang you by your thumbs, Todd," Damian threatened.
