Magic Can't Hide Everything

Okay. So. Before the chapter begins, lemme tell y'all how I feel about Terra.

So there are many reasons why I dislike her. But the main reason is that she betrayed the Teen Titans! I mean, how many people in the fandom would kill to be in it?

Okay, I'm not exactly sure about the last part. But still. The Titans gave her a family and home she could trust in, yet she just handed it over to Slade.

Cyborg's P.O.V.

I gulped. This can't be good. "Yeah?"

"Will you please tell me what happened between Raven and Beast Boy? They seem...awfully distant," Terra seemed to try to hide a smile.

"Uh..Yeah...uh," I glanced over to the door, even though I knew it was too late to escape.

Terra leaned forward. "Yes?"

"Well, you see... WAIT A MINUTE! What are YOU doing here?" I shouted.

Terra leaned back, surprised. "Excuse me?"

"You heard me! I thought you were dead! Or had amnesia!"

"I actually don't know," She shrugged. "I just remember from saving you guys, and then BAM! All memories of a super hero lost and I had a completely normal life. Until three days later. I remembered my powers and everything before."

I thought about this for a quick moment, making a mental note to question Raven about it.

"But aren't you guys happy to see me?" She tilted her head to the side.

How do I explain to her that we were a little happy when "Terra" who was actually Raven, came back? I guess there's too much suspicions and distrust going around to "appreciate" that the real Terra is alive.

"Well, I would've. But I was just reminded by the fact that you just ever-so-casually handed us over to Slade," I sarcastically replied. I honestly felt a little confused whether I was happy with Terra back or not.

She looked away. "I know that a million apologies will never be enough, but let me try anyway. I'm sorry."

I shook my head and stood up. "Why are you here?"

She also stood up. "I...don't have anywhere else to go."

"If you want a place to stay, go look for a job and an apartment. I'm gonna be real honest with ya. There's too much going around at the tower right now to have you here," I tried to get rid of her.

"Now if you'll excuse me, I have somewhere to be," I lied, taking a few steps to get away from her.

"Wait," Terra grabbed my arm. "You still haven't answered my question. What's up with Beast Boy and Raven?"

I brushed her hand off my arm and responded, "That's not my story to tell. I suggest you leave before you make things worse."

I headed towards the door, and right before I was about to exit the room, a huge boulder blocked my path.

Oh no, she didn't. I scowled and faced her.

"You're not going anywhere." Terra's eyes glowed. "I'm afraid I'm going to need some more information out of you."
