THANK YOU FOR 7K
F/N's P.O.V.
My mind went blank as I lost my grip on the sink and stumbled to the floor.
I could feel the pulsing of my heart at my temples as my thoughts evaporated into oblivion. The nauseating feeling quickly being replaced with panic and confusion.
My head started racing with images that made no sense to me. Flashes of the ocean and pink feathers that raked my brain.
"F/N L/N~" My name was dragged out with every syllable, his voice echoing in my mind. "Long time no see," he nickered "There's no running anymore." Doflamingo appeared before me, he was sat in a large throne with a leg crossed over a knee. A sickeningly saturated blush boa crested over his shoulders.
"I've had my eyes set on you for a while now. You will finally be mine after all of these years." His face contorted into a smirk that sent shivers down my spine.
My whole body went numb. Unfamiliar anxiety blanketing over me, settling a paranoid feeling into my stomach.
I snapped my eyes open, immediately being met with a headache. The bathroom ceiling greeted me as I came to, the wooden floors creaking as I quickly pushed myself into a sitting position.
"W-Wha-," I stammered, bringing a hand up to my head in confusion. "How in the hell..." I slowed my breathing, the black dots in my vision dissipating. My mind strained in realization, sallow overcoming my features as I read into the information.
In an instant I was up on my feet and stumbling out of my room. Unknown feelings overwhelming me, sending sparks to my chest and a knot in my throat.
I could feel the thumping of my wings in my back as they desperately tried to sprout. The scraping of my horns against my skull a painful rhythm. My whole body could tell something wasn't right.
Someone had invaded my mind. Searched through my thoughts like scum looking through trash.
I felt dirty.
I took a deep breath, the thick air flowing down my throat uncomfortably. The usually silky, onyx hair that would smooth over my shoulders was now full of static from the blistering heat, the loose strands sticking to my neck like wet paper.
The bottoms of my feet vibrated as I stopped short, the splintering pain already pushed to the back of my mind. I was hallways away from my room and needed to find the stairs out.
"F/N?" I flinched at the voice that called after me, his low tone making me unconsciously relax my shoulders. It was past midnight, I should have known that he would be awake.
I turned to him, eyes barely focusing on the taller figure. "Captain..." My voice didn't sound like my own, the word coming from deep within my throat.
He strode up to me, sword in hand. "What are you doing here?" I asked, swallowing hard.
"I heard shouting from downstairs, but I can't find my way down." He pushed one brow up, the movement having potential to make my heart stop if I wasn't so solemn.
I took a deep breath, the air rattling my chest. "Let's try and find it together," I exhaled, waiting for him to fall in step next to me before picking up the pace.
"It came from the bar." Law and I jogged through the inn's hallways, checking any door that didn't have a room number on it.
"Here!" I shouted to Law as he was checking the other side of the hall. He ran over and followed me as I basically stumbled down the stairs.
