A Note found by senpai... a day before (Y/N) dies...

I'm running I'm running,
Ten feet below,
Will you find me? No one knows,
This is the place where I'll fade last,
The place where you'll find the past,
Knowing this is where we met last,
You'll find in the forest atop a mountain ,
This is where I rest and hide,
Knowing that there's no one to find,
This note is yours to keep forever,
But remember to never weep in December,
Because that's the month I was born,
And a time nobody would want to remember,
Find me at the top of the mountain where you can see the stars rise up in the sky,
As the sun comes down and the moon rises up,
I love this place because it'll be the last that I'll remember,
Just so you know it's the last day of December,
My birthdays already past yet you still haven't come,
Oh please be safe that's all I ask,
I woke up at 3am just to get a head start and now here I am,
I've stopped at the top of its peak,
I'm falling I'm falling,
And I can't reach,
I'm at the place where I'll find my rest and I'll fade away because it'll be best,
I've lost so many people that I'm so fond of that it can't replace what I have become,
So please forgive me if this isn't what you want,
The surgeries never helped it only made it worse,
Please don't worry nor cry those beautiful tears,
I'm not worth crying over because the end is near,
I'm running out of space to write so please bring your friends and hold them tight,
Come and find me if you dare,
But when you do I won't be there,
Look through my body and you will see,
The sun that's shinning straight through me...
