Fresh hasn't returned. I was admittedly concern but knew he could take care of himself. During the time of waiting I went to the aus I was already allies with and told them to be ready while also taking the time to remove their aus specifically from the Doodle-Sphere one by one. It was a carefully process since I didn't want Ink to notice and I didn't want to accidentally disrupt the aus by moving them. Not sure if that was possible but I wasn't risking it.
Ink didn't need them anyways since he just teleports where he wants to go with ease.
Underfell Papyrus informed me that Ink did make an appearance to chat with his brother and Chara told me that they saw Ink chatting with their Sans as well. He was moving. I told Dancetale, Sci, and Birdtale that if they're approached then just go willingly with Ink and attempt to chat with the others in secret about what was going on. Spreading doubt will help.
Reapertale Muffet has told me she's already been telling the reaper skeletons about what was happening since she didn't see a reason to hide it.
Things were coming along great. Time seemed to be going faster as I pulled more aus, not enough to even make a dent in the Doodle-Sphere but enough to satisfy me. Nightmare has been keeping to himself mostly but I was aware he was just laying low.
Papyrus has summoned my presence, multiple times. At first it was just to ask questions but then it was to ask about Geno and myself. He was just concerned and wanted to chat with all this stuff going on. I don't blame him. Swap Papyrus hasn't summoned for me but the few times I checked he seemed lost in thought.
Sometimes I popped into aus randomly just to get on Ink's radar and annoy him when he couldn't find me. Childish but, I enjoyed it. Then Fresh came back.
I was alone sitting above the ground on some strings when I heard an airhorn and poof. Fresh was back.
"Error! I'm back to show you that surprise! Broski?! Brah?! Where are ya'?!" Fresh wandered below me looking around confused as he called out to me.
"Up here genius." I called out seeing him look up and beam.
"Ah, found ya'! Come down!" He gestured and I shook my head.
"Show me your arm." I called and he looked confused before realizing and showing the piece I tied to his arm awhile ago.
"It's me! Come down! I've got a surprise!" He waved both hands excitedly.
"I heard you the first time," I said before jumping down and landing by Fresh causing him to jump a bit.
"This better be good-"
"Trust me it will." Fresh said holding out his arm to me. I gave him a look but he wouldn't drop his arm causing me to roll my eyelights and grab the bend of his arm. We poofed away and ended up... somewhere.
"What au is this?" I asked and raised my hand to check before Fresh tugged me away.
"Come on! I've taken a good while to set this up." Fresh said hurrying over to a building before going inside. It felt like a bar but seemed... not quite that. It was very hard to describe.
"Fresh-"
"Trust me Error." Fresh said lifting his shades a bit to look at me directly. There was a moment of stillness before I caved.
"...Alright."
"Radical," he continued to lead me deeper inside and had me sit at a table.
"Wait right here, you're going to love this," Fresh said before he bounded off a bit giddy. I would never understand him.
I sighed shaking my head knowing he had his moments of being dramatic. My gaze went down to my hands and I started just looking at them. It has been so long since this started and the memories of what I originally looked like was starting to fade. I'm not necessarily complaining but it was something that I think about sometimes. I didn't hear the sound of footsteps but I didn't hear Fresh.
"So this is my best broski Error, the one I've been telling ya'll about. Brah, this is everyone," Fresh said causing me to look up and see... a surprising sight. The Mafiatale brothers, the Underlust brothers, Gaster Sans, Fellswap or Swapfell gold brothers, and Epictale Chara and Asriel. I was absolutely stunned.
"...Fresh when did-"
"Come on brah, I've been busy too ya know. I've been telling them all about your idea and they want in." Fresh said claiming a seat behind me as the rest sat down. This... makes a difference.
"We ain't exactly pleased with the whole 'everything gets destroyed' thing ya feel?" Mafia Sans said as the others nodded taking their seats to talk. I noticed Chara and Asriel stuck by Gaster Sans and wondered if they felt safer with him purely for his appearance, demeanor, and height. There were other Papyrus around but they didn't seem interested.
"And... you're ok with my plan?" I asked raising a bone brow.
"Well it's either all of us or most of us.... I like living." Gaster Sans said in a laid back tone.
"Ok... but why are Chara and Asriel here Fresh?" I asked glancing back at the colorful skeleton.
"Well.... I might've ran into them by accident so... yeah... but they're still helpful right? So it's all good." He shrugged looking a bit sheepish.
"I swear one day you're going to do something that gets me killed." I said and heard Fresh gasp offended.
"Well I must know where you got your clothes because I don't think you match the description I've heard from that Ink guy," I heard and looked over to Gold Sans. This talk must have happened before I revealed myself. I blinked and point and the Underlust brothers.
"Them."
"Us?!" The brothers said shocked. I removed my jacket and tossed it to them.
"Check the tag, it wasn't you two directly but it was you two." They looked and I saw their face go through multiple expressions.
"We actually... and you like it?" Lust Papyrus asked.
"It grew on me pretty fast." I said. I really didn't realize that these Underlust brothers would be interested in the same things the pair in my multiverse were interested in. It should've been obvious.
"Well now I'm definitely helping. Can't make cuties some clothes if I'm dead~" Lust Sans spoke up.
"There it is," I muttered and gestured for my jacket's return.
"So what exactly is the plan Error?" Gold Sans asked as my jacket was returned.
"Well to sum it up I'm going to be separating your aus from the clustered mess of everything. Then, I'm going to fight Ink. Maybe kill him, definitely expose him, then I'm destroying everything. Your aus would be safe since they're separated but everyone else... no. Its going to be a lot but it's necessary."
"You can really do that?" Chara asked and I nodded.
"They can, it's going to be a blast." Fresh said snickering. I remembered something and turned back.
"So what happened with..." I trailed off looking at Fresh and he perked up.
"He's helping, keeping an eye on Ink realizing what a crashed multiverse means for him. Sure we boxed it out but we're chillax now." Fresh responded and I looked at the rest.
"Any questions you have, ask now. Because after this it's go time."
