Fight them, not each other! Pt. 2

"That better be the last of them. 'Cause, that's all we got, guys." Astrid stated to us, I go to look over at her but a snap of a twig was heard. Alerting both of us as we turn out gaze to see the Hunters stepping out from behind the bushes, causing Astrid to tense up.

"Oh, no!" Nyra roared at them menacingly before flying down and firing at them until they retreated to where ever the Hunters were set up.

"We need to head back to the others!" Astrid called out to me and we flew back to the Clubhouse, where Dracul and Tuff are.

Once we got to the Clubhouse Astrid had stormed in and over to the table, frustrated with herself that the plan didn't work. Dracul looked over at me sceptically, I answer him by shaking my head sadly. I watch as his posture drops slightly before looking at Astrid as she has her hands on the table while looking down.

Tuff walked in after a few seconds to see Astrid and me.

"There you are. Listen, I've been thinking a lot--" He started but stopped when Astrid started talking.

"It's over, Tuff. We tried, but there's just too many of them. My plan didn't work." Astrid looked over at him as Tuff looked down in thought then back up at us.

"You wanna be captured and tortured by crazed Dragon Hunters, or listen to Plan Tuffnut?" Tuff told her, I smirked at this as I was quite interested in what Plan Tuffnut is.

"I'm down," I told him and he looked at me with a mischievous smile.

"I say we do it." Dracul chimed in, shrugging as he said it.

"Your plan? Well, what do we have to lose?" Astrid asked him rhetorically, walking up to my side to hear his plan but her questions got him confused.

"Quite a bit. The huts, Fishlegs' topiaries, Macey, our lives Wait. That was a rhetockrical question. Was it? No, now I think that's rhetockrical." Tuff rumbled on, causing me to pinch the bridge of my nose for a second.

"Tuff," I started, earning his attention.

"The plan?" I remind him, causing me to snap back into it and look at us.

"Alright, hears the first part."

It turns out Tuff had set up some ropes to climb up to the island so the Hunters could climb up but Tuff said it was bait with Nightmare gel next to it.

Once we got there we saw Hunters climbing up them and Tuff had soaked the ropes while we watched on with smiles. Once the Hunters had realized there was Nightmare gel on the ropes they looked up to see the four of us.

"Hello!" Astrid greeted playfully while waving to them before standing fully with the rest of us and looking at Tuff with a smirk.

"Ropes soaked with Monstrous Nightmare gel? I wouldn't have thought of that." Astrid complimented, not pretending to be nice it was genuine, Tuff looked over at the three dragons that were watching us.

"Would you like to do the honours?" He asked the three, they all perked up and walked over to the ropes. After a few seconds, they fired at the ropes and I hear the yells of Dragon Hunters, I start laughing a little before turning to Tuff.

"All right! What's next?" Astrid asked excitedly and Tuff simply looked at us with a smile.

"You're gonna love this," Tuff told us before we followed him to the next part of the plan.

It turns out it was something called scare ships, which Tuff explained would make people think there is more of us than there actually is.
