You walked forward a bit more as he stood there.

"Oh yes, I apologize."

"Haven't seen each other in while, have we?" You say as you start to walk toward your office. Of course, he followed.

"No, what a shame."

"Hey, do you know why....how do I say this...Suddenly stopped letting me even go near you?"

You got to your office and went to sit in the chair.

"Not going to try and leave? I don't think It's very safe here."

"Elevator wasn't working. I'm not running around, again, hoping another one works."

You pull out the music box and start to tinker with it again. 049 quickly distracted himself with something else.

I guess you could say it...Broke his heart? Knowing he caused something so precious to you to break.

He looked back over and held his hand out, "Would you like me to try? Seems it's broken.".

You handed it over, "Just... don't make it worse.".

You watched him for a bit as he studied it again. There is no way he can fix that...at least he's trying.
