Willow's POV
"Lame, everyone knows dragons aren't real" I tell my little brother. Hey everyone, my name is Willow and I'm an eighteen year old werewolf. I have two brothers, two parents and six uncles. It's rare for a female werewolf to be born. It's a hard life, dominated by males. My father has plans to marry me off to some alpha in the south. Anyway my younger brother Jack and I are arguing about if dragons are real.
"They are too" he argues.
"Are not" I state.
"But Huxley says..." he starts to protest.
"You shouldn't listen to everything our older brother says" I tell him. "He's just trying to scare you" I state. Just then we hear a howl. "Hunting party is back" I state and we leave our house. Out pack live in a large tree house set over several trees. It's safer then sleeping on the ground.
When we get outside we see our brother Huxley carrying a buck over his shoulders. It'd last us for a few days at least. "How was the hunt?" Jack asks our father.
"It went well, though we were lucky to get this buck" he answers.
"Why?" I ask confused.
"Something seems to have the herbivores spooked, we can sense something dangerous in the area. So no going anywhere alone, that includes you Willow" he tells me.
"But dad, I wanted to go for a run after dinner" I whine.
"No solo runs" he tells me before going to greet mum. I smile and look at Jack.
"Fancy a run after dinner?" I ask him.
"But dad said..." he starts to say.
"No solo runs, but we won't be alone. We'll be together, come on it'll be fun" I tell him.
"Ok, but not long" he tells me. I nod my head and we joined the others. I helped mum cook, before we all sat down to eat.

Jack and I are having fun playing tag in the forest in our wolf forms. He is a scrawny brown wolf with white patches. Where as I am mostly white, with a grey streak on my back. Bright blue eyes, unlike the rest of our family, who all have brown eyes.
I tackle Jack and pin him. "Ok I give, uncle" he says and I let him up. "Should we head back?" he asks me.
"I think we have time for one last game" I tell him.
"What game?" he asks me.
"Hide and go seek, you go hide and I'll count to twenty. Once I find you, you run home as I try to catch you" I explain. He agrees and I close my eyes beginning to count.
Once I finish counting I start to track Jack's scent. When I hear a large thud and frown. I smell a foreign scent and being the curious wolf I am. I follow it to a clearing. Where there's a huge boulder. I tilt my head to the side in confusion. I've been here many times and that boulder is new.
I approach it cautiously scenting the air. As I due nearer to the boulder, the stronger the foreign scent. I stop in front of it and sit down thinking. I should probably tell dad about this. I go to leave and hear a low rumble coming from the boulder. I frown and go poke it with my nose.
When it suddenly started to stand up. I yelp in shock and back away from it. Soon a reptilian head and huge bat like wings appear. I make a run for it. When I'm hit by a large scaly tail. I yelped in shock and mild pain.
I look up and gasp. It was a dragon, but they're supposed to be a myth. It looks at me with it's burning eyes. I freeze praying it wouldn't see me. But that's unlikely as it's dark time and I don't blend in. When I finally got some movement back, I let out a howl alerting my family to the threat.
The dragon growled in annoyance. Suddenly I'm in it's powerful jaws. I bark and try to escape. But it holds me in place. "Willow!" Jack shouts as he ran into the clearing. He freezes at the sight of us. I whine helplessly as the dragon spread it's wings.
Jack goes to run forward. "No, stay back!" I cry not wanting him to get hurt. He whines as he looks up at be helplessly and lets out a howl. Our family responds. But it was to late as the dragon flapped it's large wings and took to the sky. Blowing Jack into a tree. "Jack!" I shout.
(Time skip) Dominic's POV
I'd finally found my mate, a beautiful she wolf. After searching for months. I was annoyed when she tried to run and alerted her family to my presence. I wanted to get to know her in secret before taking her home. But she made that impossible by alerting her pack to me.
So I'm taking her home. She had fallen asleep in my jaws and I placed her on my back. As the sun began to rise I arrive home at Dragon Mountain in the north. I landed smoothly so as not to wake her. I entered one of the many tunnels and headed for my cavern.
Where I placed her on the ground. Then curled up around her. And fell asleep happy knowing I finally had my mate. Praying she wouldn't be to mad when she woke up. And that the flock would give us some privacy while she got used to her new home.
