Keep calm, Asahi told himself. But he couldn't. As Yoon Jaehyuk enters the building, Asahi can smell a thick yet calming scent from Jaehyuk. Yes. Definitely from Jaehyuk. Asahi remembered his scent very well because he really liked that scent. Didn't he just take a suppressant earlier? He supposed not to smell any Alpha's pheromones for a few hours, didn't he? That's what he read online about the suppressant that Junkyu gave to him earlier. It stated that after taking the suppressant, an Omega won't let out their pheromones and won't be able to smell any Alpha's pheromones for up to 12 hours. And why can he smell Jaehyuk's pheromones?

Asahi bowed at their new Director's direction as per what Manager Ryu asked them to do. Asahi can feel that Jaehyuk's eyes met his. Asahi tried to shrug it off. Trying to tell himself that Jaehyuk looked at every one and probably he didn't meet his gaze only. After their new Director had already left for his office, the employees went back to their department one by one. Asahi tried to stabilize his breathing. He tried not to inhale too much of Jaehyuk's pheromones earlier because it makes him dizzy. Suddenly, his phone rings. It's one of his grandmother's neighbors that's calling him.

Asahi answered the phone. They told Asahi that they saw the loan shark lurking around Asahi's grandmother's house. They already chase them away but they are afraid the loan sharks will come back to bother his grandmother again. Asahi thanked his grandmother's neighbor for telling him about it. Asahi checked his bank account. He needed to ask Mashiho for the other 50% of his payment for the favor he did on Friday night. He texted Mashiho about it but Mashiho called him as soon as he read his text. Why is everyone not replying to his text message today but calling him right after they read his messages?

"Yes, Shio?"

"Sahi-ya. I can't give you the other 50%," Mashiho said. "I forgot to tell you because I had urgent work earlier. Suddenly I got your message. And I need to talk about it. I didn't make this up. Yoon Jaehyuk met me at the cafe I'm a regular at. And he knows that it's not me who he met on Friday night. He asked me about you. Should I just give him your contact number? If you're okay with it so I'll give you the balance for your payment,"

"No! Definitely don't!" Asahi said. "I mean. You can't,"

"Why? If not he will keep on seeing me. And I don't want to," Mashiho said.

"I can't reveal my identity to him. He's the new Director of my company sent from the HQ. I can't just go and introduce myself to him and say, 'Hi. I was the one pretending to be Takata Mashiho and I work in the company where you're now the Director at' to him. I might even get fired. And I still haven't settled the debt left from my uncle to my grandmother. And the loan shark now keeps bothering my grandmother," Asahi said.

"I know. But I can't just give you the money. Yoon Jaehyuk is going to bother me everyday to find out who is the pretend Takata Mashiho," Mashiho said.

"Asahi!" Gaeul suddenly called his name.

"I'll call you later. Bye," Asahi said before he ended the call. He walked toward Gaeul. "Yes, sunbae?"

"Can you please get the approval from the management?" Gaeul handed him the document. "I'm waiting for a call. If you have something urgent, I can help you to do it while you help me to get the approval,"

"I don't have any urgent tasks. I'll go to the management now," Asahi took the document from Gaeul's hand. It's probably related to the meeting he'll be attending along with Gaeul this afternoon anyway. Asahi told the secretary that he needed the approval and the secretary asked him to go inside the office after confirming with the officer in charge. Asahi's step stopped as he saw Jaehyuk was currently inside the office.

"Oh. Asahi-si. Come in," Mr Sung said. Jaehyuk turned to look at Asahi as well. "Is this the document?"

"Yes," Asahi said.

"This is one of the operation management staff. He'll be attending an important meeting this afternoon together with his senior," Mr Sung said.

"I'll only be assisting," Asahi said. Mr Sung read the document and signed it. While waiting, Asahi can feel Jaehyuk staring at him. Mr Sung handed the document back to Asahi. "Thank you, Mr Sung,"

"Good luck with the meeting," Mr Sung said. After done, Asahi quickly walked out from the office and waited for the elevator. He hopes that Jaehyuk will be in the office longer and he manages to go back to his office without meeting Jaehyuk again. But luck doesn't side him when Jaehyuk suddenly stands right next to him, waiting for the same elevator. He still can smell Jaehyuk's pheromones. It's sickly addicting.

"Have we met anywhere before? You looked familiar," Jaehyuk suddenly said. The elevator opened. Both of them walked inside. Jaehyuk turned to Asahi. Waiting for his answer.

"At the airport probably," Asahi said. "We met once. When I was with Haruto,"

"Ah! You're right," Jaehyuk said. "I thought you're his manager,"

Asahi just smiled a little. He's trying to control his breathing. Not to inhale too much of Jaehyuk's pheromones. Considering they're in a closed space. Just the two of them. Finally, they reached Jaehyuk's floor.

"I'll get going first. Good luck with your meeting, Asahi-si," Jaehyuk said before he left. Asahi let out a relieved sigh after Jaehyuk left. His head hurt just to think about his future.
