Just Contract | JaeSahi [?]

“No way,” Haruto said after hearing the fact that came out from Asahi’s mouth. He couldn’t believe his ears. It still feels like a lie. Asahi sips his drink. Haruto called him to hang out because it has been a while since the last time they met. A while ago, Haruto talked about Jaehyuk who suddenly announced that he was already married to an Omega that he chose out of the blue. At first, Haruto wanted to complain about Jaehyuk who kept dropping the bomb here and there. But suddenly, Asahi told him that the Omega that married Jaehyuk is him- Hamada Asahi. “You are not joking, right?”

“Do I even look like I’m joking?” Asahi asked, putting the glass back on the table. Haruto took out his phone. Trying to search for Jaehyuk's Omega husband. He actually still couldn’t believe Asahi’s words. He still thought that the older Omega was just playing him. But the only information that he can get online about Jaehyuk’s Omega husband is they already registered their marriage 2 months ago and will make his first public appearance at the upcoming launching event held by Twilight Technologies which is today.

“Ugh! I can’t find anything. Are you sure that you guys are married? How the hell is it happening? I didn’t see you guys being together before. Well except the night where we had dinner together. But, how? What’s actually happening?” Haruto asked.

“It just happened. Nothing much,” Asahi said. He actually still didn’t know if he should tell Haruto about the contract he had with Jaehyuk. Asahi has a feeling that Haruto might get angry if he knew about it. Aashi was planning not to tell Haruto yet until he was actually formally introduced as Yoon Jaehyuk’s Omega husband. But the younger Alpha has been complaining about the exact same topic, so Asahi decided to just tell him. Like, Haruto will know about him anyway in a few hours.

“I know there’s something more about this but neither you nor Jaehyuk hyung will actually tell me,” Haruto said.

“We’re just married, Haruto. He’s my husband now. Nothing more or less,” Asahi said.

“Are you really telling the truth? I mean. You’re really Jaehyuk hyung’s husband? The one who the whole country is dying to know. Is it you?” Haruto asked. “And the one who will be formally introduced at the event tonight, is you?”

“Well. Yeah,” Asahi said.

“Ugh! Even if I think I will still be shocked when I hear the actual announcement tonight and read the articles about it later. It’s still too shocking for me,” Haruto said. “Did he know about your condition?”

“He knows,” Asahi said.

“How the hell is he suddenly marrying you? Like his family keep talking about him producing an heir for the family. If he cares about you, how did he let this happen? His family can be harsh, Sahi hyung. I have attended their events and they are being very harsh toward Jaehyuk hyung. That’s probably why Hyunsuk hyung broke up with him. Because they keep on being harsh with their words,” Haruto said. “I feel bad for you. Why the hell did you guys even get married? Do you guys even love each other?”

“Love huh?” Asahi asked. He couldn’t even answer that because he didn’t have the answer. Did he love Jaehyuk? Asahi didn’t know himself. He didn’t know what feelings he actually had toward Jaehyuk. He definitely didn’t hate the Alpha, He was probably very grateful toward everything that Jaehyuk has done for him. From paying for the debt left by his uncle, assuring his grandmother that he’ll take care of Asahi well and everything he has done after they registered their marriage.

Jaehyuk rarely went home after they registered their marriage 2 months ago. But he never fails to update Asahi on what he’s doing and what he’s going to do next. He keeps Asahi feel involved with his life without being stuck with each other that much. Jaehyuk  is very clingy. Asahi didn’t particularly hate it. But it makes him really feel that something is incomplete whenever the Alpha is not around.
