“Wait! You agree to marry me? Really? Now?” Jaehyuk asked in disbelief. He felt like he’s still sleeping. Dreaming, probably. It only has been a week since he first ask Asahi to marry him but Asahi rejected him right away every time. It still feels like it’s just a dream. If this is reality, probably it’s because Jaehyuk paid Asahi’s debt? If he knows it’s going to be like that, he’ll definitely do that in the first place.

“I agree to marry you. But not now, obviously. It’s already late,” Asahi said. “And I need to formally introduce you to my grandmother first. Of course. For our convenience, we need a contract,”

“Do I need to get Yedam here?” Jaehyuk asked.

“No,” Asahi sighed. He looked around and grabbed a piece of paper and pen that he saw on the cabinet in the living room. He sits by the coffee table and starts to write something on the paper. Jaehyuk took a look at what Asahi wrote on it. It said, ‘Marriage Contract between Yoon Jaehyuk and Hamada Asahi’. Jaehyuk chuckled at the unexpected scenery. He found Asahi really cute. Like, he never even expected a simple thing like that would make him flutter. “Like this. We’ll just keep it between us. I don’t want to make it a big deal,”

“You sure you can trust me to obey the contract if there’s no formal contract being signed? You know that I can get away just like that if I ever breached this contract,” Jaehyuk said.

“But I know that you won’t,” Asahi said. “I trust you. Yoon Jaehyuk,”

“You know what? You make my heart beat faster?” Jaehyuk asked.

“You should be glad because I didn’t make your heart stop. And that means you’re still alive,” Asahi said.

“Alright, seonsaengnim,” Jaehyuk grinned. “So. What is it? The contract,”

“I’ll pay the money you paid to the loan shark every month. You’ll set the amount to deduct it from my salary. Without interest. And after I finish paying for the money, our marriage will come to an end in 7 days after you received the last payment,” Asahi said.

“You don’t have to, though,” Jaehyuk said.

“I just don’t want to feel indebted with anyone,” Asahi said.

“Can we kiss and have sex?” Jaehyuk asked. Asahi looked at him with a judging look. “What? I’m a healthy grown up man,”

“I didn’t expect you to have those thoughts. Because I used to think that you’re a classy Alpha who is willing to do anything to be successful,” Asahi said. “Until you suddenly asked me to marry you. I guessed you really like to sleep around, huh?”

“I didn’t sleep around, Hamada Asahi-xi. You are the first Omega I ever slept with,” Jaehyuk said.

“You expect me to believe that?” Asahi asked. “Sure I’m the first Omega you slept with. You probably slept with Beta or Alpha before. Or probably females,” Asahi said. “You expect me to believe that you’re a virgin?”

“I won’t force you to believe it but that’s the truth,” Jaehyuk said.

“We can have skinships, sexual intercourse including kisses and other related acts while we’re still ‘married’ with consent. You need to ask first. So do I. If I need to, I’ll ask you first,” Asahi said. “Agree?”

“Okay,” Jaehyuk said. Asahi continues to write the second item in their contract. “You need to move in with me right after we register our marriage,”

“What about my apartment?” Asahi asked.

“Do you own that apartment?” Jaehyuk asked.

“It’s Haruto’s. I’m paying rent every month,” Asahi said.
