It's freaking 100K. The Binding String crossed 100K and it's damn overwhelming for me. Words are not enough to thank my readers who became my family in all these years. I know a thank you would not be enough but still I want to thank you to all my active as well as silent, expressive as well as former readers for motivating me. Thankyou for staying by my side.
Keep loving me. Love & Gratitude Aarohi ❤️

D-401, TOWER D EMERALD HEIGHTS HOUSING SOCIETY, DELHI
Madhavi Iyer was pacing too and fro with a restless face, she was trying her daughter's phone number for the last thirty minutes but she was not answering her call. Madhavi dejectedly sat on one of the chairs and started looking at her mobile phone, hoping if she would receive a call from her. This evening was not supposed to end up on such a sore note, Madhavi had never considered her daughter's plight above her own but today her eyes were yearning to see her once.
"Amma it's quite late. You should sleep now." It was Vandita's voice who came along with a hot cup of milk.
"I don't want it. Take it away." Madhavi grumbled not ready to look at Vandita.
"Come on Amma, don't spoil your mood because of Ishita. She has a habit of creating scenes." Bala who just came out from his room strode towards Vandita and pulled her through her arms leaving her astonished.
"Really? Was it Ishu or you who created the scene today?" Bala growled on Vandita, his temper was never seen by Vandita before.
"Bala you know nothing." Vandita tried to defend herself, she was not ready to accept her mistake.
"He is right Vandu, you was wrong tonight. She is not even picking up my call."
"That's what you wished Amma. That's what you always wanted to do."
"No....not on the cost of hurting Ishita." Madhavi retorted, clearly pissed and annoyed with Vandita replies. She dialled Ishita number another time but it went unanswered. "Amma!!! Stop trying to call her." Vandita snatched the mobile from Madhavi hand, her actions were enough to infuriate Madhavi Iyer.
"Enough Vandu! Not a word more." Madhavi Iyer yelled at her elder daughter, "Stop badmouthing about Ishita and I am serious about it."
"Come on Amma, I am not getting why you are defending Ishu today. You were the one who told me that we got separated because all of sudden Ishu started to believe that Appa..."
"Bas Vandu. I am in the mood for any discussion and yes not a word more against Ishita." Madhavi warned Vandita, she snatched her phone from her hand and strode towards the guest room where she is living nowadays. Madhavi locked the door and slumped on the bed, her Ishita was never wrong today. Neither today nor the day she took such a drastic step which changed their lives. Her Ishita has always been a responsible and sensible girl but neither she nor her family ever cared for her.
