"You sure?" Hyunsuk asked. "He definitely looked miserable. Is it his aura? Pheromone?"

"I'm a Beta. So I can't tell that," Yedam said.

"I see. That's why," Hyunsuk nodded. "Why did he leave?"

"I don't know. Even Jaehyuk hyung has no idea why he left. He even paid the debt in full to Jaehyuk hyung. It's almost like they're going to end their contract," Yedam said.

"Even though he's pregnant?" Hyunsuk asked.

"How did you know about it?" Yedam is surprised that Hyunsuk knew about it. "Jaehyuk hyung hasn't announced it. Did Asahi tell you? Did you even meet Asahi?"

"Yeah. I met him more than a week ago. It was his first day of unemployment. He was on his way to buy groceries to prepare lunch boxes for you and Jaehyuk. He dropped by a cafe to eat something when Jaehyuk's aunt and her daughter saw him and talked bad about him and Jaehyuk like they always did. Asahi looked like he's about to explode, that's why I approached them to stop it from happening and chase Jaehyuk's aunt and cousin away," Hyunsuk said. "We had a chat while eating. I just noticed that he's pregnant because of his scent,"

"So you did meet him," Yedam said.

"Yeah. Maybe Jaehyuk's aunt's words affected him. But he questions if he really deserves to be with Jaehyuk and things. But then, I asked him if he's ready if Jaehyuk leaves him. And he didn't say anything. I told him if he's not ready, make Jaehyuk stay," Hyunsuk said. "But it seems like my words are quite harsh too for a pregnant Omega. That's why I decided to keep him company and drive him home. Other than that, he seemed fine that day. Did he leave after I sent him home?"

"Jaehyuk hyung told me that Asahi left the next day. So it's probably he left after he sent the lunchboxes to us," Yedam said.

"Wait! Am I the reason he left?" Hyunsuk asked.

"I don't know. But only Asahi knows the reasons anyway," Yedam said.

"But seriously. Seems like the two of them hurt each other a lot, emotionally," Hyunsuk said. "Keep your eyes on Jaehyuk. We didn't know what he'll do in this state,"

"He looked just fine to me," Yedam said. "It almost pissed me off thinking that everything he said about his feelings toward Asahi is just all talk. Asahi on the other hand, didn't really show any emotions so it's already expected that he might do things like this anyway,"

"Trust me, Yedam. You must keep your eyes on your Yoon Director, hm?" Hyunsuk asked.

"Even if you didn't ask me I still will. It's my job anyway," Yedam said.

The after event party goes smoothly as well. After the guest left the venue, Jaehyuk went back to the company building.

"Do you want me to drive you home?" Yedam asked.

"No need. I brought my car. And I have to drop by my parents house first," Jaehyuk said.

"So. I'll excuse myself first. See you tomorrow," Yedam said.

"Sure. Get home safely. You've worked hard," Jaehyuk saie. Yedam nodded before he left. Yedam was already inside the elevator when he realized that he didn't bring his phone with him.

"Ugh. How did I forget?" Yedam signed. He got back in and went to the floor where his office is to look for his phone. He left it on his table. Yedam heard something before he could leave. It came from Jaehyuk's office. Yedam walked slowly toward his boss's office. To his surprise, he saw Jaehyuk crying.

"Where are you Asahi? I miss you,"

It's probably the very first time Yedam ever saw Jaehyuk cry like that. Jaehyuk never cried for anyone or any reason. He thought that Jaehyuk was just fine even after Asahi left. But he was wrong. Hyunsuk is right. The Jaehyuk he's seeing right now is miserable. He is probably putting a mask over his sadness. To be professional. Not letting anyone bring him down even when he's definitely not in his best condition. And seeing Jaehyuk like this, Yedam is totally sure that his boss really treasure his husband a lot.

Even after Yedam reached home, he couldn't help but to think about it. He feels like he needs to find Asahi. He didn't do anything because Jaehyuk didn't ask him to. He said that he wanted to give Asahi time. But now Yedam is worried if Jaehyuk will keep forcing himself like that. Yedam took out his phone and dialed a number.

"Oh? Damie hyung,"

"Can you do me a favour, Doyoungie?"

"The last location of his phone is at this place. A luxury apartment," Doyoung showed Yedam his tablet screen. "Isn't this the same Omega that your boss asked you to look into a few months ago? Did he get into trouble or something?"

"No. It's- I don't know if it's trouble or not. The two of them get married and things," Yedam said.

"Did he cheat?!" Doyoung asked in excitement.

"Why are you excited?"

"Why? I can't? Then why did you ask me to look into his location if he didn't cheat?" Doyoung asked. "Don't tell me he got kidnapped,"

"Don't be so dramatic, Kim Doyoung," Yedam said. "Can you get me the building address?"

"It's the Crystal Apartment Complex," Doyoung said.

"Crystal?" Yedam asked. He's pretty sure he knows someone who lives there. "Wait!"

"Most probably Watanabe Haruto," Doyoung said. Yedam nodded. Has Jaehyuk asked Haruto about it? Probably not. And Haruto has been very busy with his schedules too these days.

“Haruto, huh?” Yedam asked. “But isn't he busy these days?”

“Want me to look for it?” Doyoung offered.

“No thank you. I can look up for it myself,” Yedam stated.
