"Iris! Come here, I need to do your makeup!" Enid yelled, poking her head between the two curtains of the tent.
Iris wanted to groan, but held back because she knew Enid would yell at her. She made her way over to the tent, where Enid was sat on a chair, an empty on in front of her and a makeup palette in her hand.
"Sit." Enid said, nodding towards the chair in front of her.
Iris took a seat, watching Enid's hands as she brushed some product onto the makeup brush.
The blonde leaned forward, drawing a cat nose on the tip of Iris' nose, and some whiskers on her cheeks.
To do the whiskers, Enid had to to use her hands to tilt Iris' face each way, and they lingered slightly to long once she was finished.
"Do you want me to do yours?" Iris asked, suddenly feeling the need to be quiet. She felt the tension between the two of them. Enid was still so close to Iris, and she was beginning to freak out.
Enid nodded, and Iris gently took the palette from Enid's hands and applying the makeup the same way she did on Iris' face, tilting the blonde's face the same way.
Enid's face was lit on fire every time Iris touched her, but to distract herself, she grabbed the two cat ear headbands that were part of the costume and placed one of Iris' hair, dropping her hands so that the tips of her fingers grazed Iris' face.
"Iris?"
"Yes?"
"I don't think we'rs just friends."
"No. No, I don't think we are."
Just at that moment, Wednesday walked through the curtains with her costume in her hand, and Iris and Enid sprung apart from each other, trying to look as inconspicuous as possible.
"Enid, leave." Wednesday ordered, and Enid sighed, but she got up and left, and left the twins to get changed.
"If you like her, you should tell her." Wednesday said, pulling on her tight-fitting suit.
(a/n: she looked so fine)
"Weds!" Iris cried, putting her face in her hands embarassed.
"What? Am I unable to speak the truth anymore? Or, as a certain blinde would say, 'speak facts'."
Iris groaned, and pulled up her suit, walking out of the tent, where Enid was standing.
"Oh, my God, this is really happening!" Enid cried, throwing her arms around Iris, who was thankful that Enid couldn't see her blush.
Wednesday came out of the tent just then. "OMG! You look purr-fect!" Enid said, letting go of Iris and walking up to her, "Only thing, where are your whiskers?"
Wednesday turned to face Enid, "Ask again and you'll be down to eight lives."
Thye made their way to the boat, where the climbed in, Ella waving at them from the back, and Iris climbed in in front of Enid.
The blonde looked over towards the boat that had people looking like jokers, and waved to one of the boys, who Iris assumed was Ajax.
A pang of jealousy went through her, and it must've showed on her face, becayse Wednesday said, "Focus."
She then glared over at Xavier, and voice came from behind them.
"What do we have here?" Bianca said, "The runt of the litter?" She was looking directly at Iris.
"For the record, I don't believe I'm better than everyone else." Wednesday said, "Just that I'm better than you. And Iris is not thr runt of the litter."
