Oikawa x fem reader

Y/n pov:

the tickets for the alien movie were sold out and Oikawa tried not to make it obvious but he was upset. So we got tickets for some kind of rom-com

the lady said there were only 2 other people who got tickets which was nice I guess

"I can't believe it" Oikawa said as he grabbed his popcorn and we make our way towards our movie

"sorry, but who knows maybe this movie will be good"

when we enter the theatre the movie was about to start

"I hope so" he took a seat and crossed his arms.

the first thing I hear when the movie starts, was not Japanese or English

"spanish?" I said, confused. we both to look at the other 2 people in the theatre but they were defenitely more interested in each other

"that's why there weren't many tickets sold" I said turning to look at the screen

"it's okay" Oikawa said as he leaned closer "try not to be impressed"

I was confused and turn to look at him

"you slept with my sister" he looked at me

"what?" I laughed

"that's what they said"

"you can speak spanish?"

Oikawa nod as he turned to look at the screen again, leaning even closer. So the whole movie through he translated for me, in a low voice

when the movies ended I wipe my tears away "I can't believe it"

the light switch on and my eyes burned

"were you crying?'' Oikawa asked as he stood up

"No" I rub my eyes one more time

"Honestly I did feel like crying, maybe just a little" he raised his hand, waving to someone

I turn around and see him waving to the other 2 people who were in here with us

"great movie, don't you guys thinks so?" Oikawa asked

"yeah" the guy said as he rushed his girlfriend out of the theatre. We left and we were about to go to the car but I got an idea

"let's go" I grab his wrist before he could ask where we were going he saw it

"an arcade?" he looked at me and I nod. We go in, get some tokens and the first thing we go to is the just dance

because it was alien themed. He really likes aliens

we started and honestly I can't dance, but Oikawa was also struggling but eventually he got the hang of it.

he was dancing with a smile on his face before turning to look at me "if only your dance skills were as good as your volleyball skills" I say

he stops "I've been getting better" he said before he laughed "and atleast I look like I'm dancing, you look like your trying to kill a roach or something"

I laugh causing me to stop "you win this round" I said after catching my breath. We move on to our next game, throwing balls through a hoop, basically a baby version of basketball and let me tell you I was killing it

"let's see if you can beat that" I turned to look at Oikawa with a cocky smile.

"easy" is all he said but his score at the end wasn't even in the double digits "fine you win this round" he threw his last ball and it missed. He grabs my shoulders, turning me around "next game"

we would have stayed longer but we still have school in the morning

"That was fun, thank you" I say as get in the car

"Next time I'm redeeming myself"

'Next time' I thought before I laughed "you wish"

The rest of the car drive we didn't say much.

"Well then I'll see you tomorrow" I say as I was about to open my door

"Listen" he said causing me to stop "about Yuki today-"

"It's fine" I interrupt him

"It's not" he frowned "I'll talk to her"

"If you do...it might just make things worse"

And she might think we're actually dating, and then she'll completely lose it

"Drive safe" I get out and close the door

Oikawa pov:

While driving home I can't get y/n out of my mind, she could have seriously gotten hurt today

I park the car and head for the door but see someone sitting in front if the door

"No one was home so I decided to wait" yuki stood up when she saw me

"It's late" I walk past her and open the door

"Just a few minutes"

I wanted to decline but I let her in, closing the door. I walk towards the kitchen Yuki following me

"Listen-"

"I'm not the one you have to apologise to" I turn to look at her. I notice she has a bump on her head. She touched it and scoff

"I am not apologising" Yuki said "she caused me more damage"

I walk towards the kitchen and grab myself some water. While I was drinking Yuki talked

"I want to warn you" I hear her walk towards me "and I want to show you something"

I put my glass down and she places her hand on my cheek

"We're perfect for each other Oikawa, don't you see that" she caressed my cheek "and beside we look good together, you and y/n..."

She didn't finish

"We're not dating"

"Well she'll want to in the future" Yuki tilts her head, looking up at me "I mean who wouldn't want to"

She leaned closer before she stopped "you're just irresistible" she said in a low voice. I place my hand on her waist, my heart beating hard in my chest

"Come on, you know you want to"

I pull her closer, closing the gap. She wrap her arm around my neck. She pulls away and I kiss her neck

"You see Oikawa" she said trying to catch her breath "we need each other. I'm only one who can understand you"

I pull away and look at her.

"If you leave me, you'll regret it. Don't tell me you haven't thought about me as much as I thought about you"

She placed a quick kiss on my lips

Yuki

"One more chance" I say not really thinking much about it

She smiled as she leaned in for another kiss. She pulls away

"The previous time you misunderstood"

Maybe I exaggerated the previous time. I mean she did shower me with affection and compliments one moment... but after that she criticised my work and belittle my aspirations...maybe she did it because she cared and was scared I'd get hurt

"See you tomorrow" Yuki kissed me one last time before she left
