Oikawa x fem reader

Y/n pov:

"Come watch the game today" Oikawa had phoned me, while I was on my way to school. They had already left this morning around the same time they usually start morning practice

"I don't know" I said "it's different there than it is here at school"

"You won't regret it. You are a part of the team as well, you should have come with us, or come and give Tenshi a hand"

"Tenshi did ask, but since I'm not really officially involved with the club, I wasn't going to be excused" I said

I heard him sigh "one game. Our first game starts after school is finished, I'm sure you can make it"

"Fine" I said "I'll see how I feel"

"You're going to be impressed and you are going to want to come to all our games"

"It's not that I don't want to come" I said as I have reached school and I make my way towards my homeroom

"I know" Oikawa said. I went to take a seat and turn to look at his desk

"Are you guys almost there?" I ask

"Yeah, we just arrived actually" Oikawa said "it's Sendai city gymnasium"

"That's not to far from here" I said "send me the time you're playing"

"We'll be playing our first game soon, but the second you'll be able to watch" Oikawa said "I'll send it to you"

"Okay, I'll see you later then"

"Okay" Oikawa said but I could hear he was happy "I'll let everyone know, bye"

We end the call and I sigh. I text my mom asking if I can go, and my mom said it's fine

My mom wanted to take me but she had to work, which was fine I didn't mind

My phone buzzed and I see it's Oikawa

He sent me the time for their second game

'He lied' I thought as my eyebrow twitched 'the only way for me to see their game is if I leave earlier. What part of I won't be excused does he not understand'

He sent me another text saying that the coach has agreed for me to return with them on the bus

I was about to text him back but the bell rang.

When lunch came around I packed my bag. I know it's wrong but I'm just going to leave the premises

But can I do that?

Won't I get in trouble ?

"Y/n" my thoughts got interrupted. I turn to look and see my homeroom teacher her standing at the door

'Ooh no did he read my mind'

He lifts his phone

"A bit of a late notice but you'll be excused" he said which confused me "coach Irihata asked for  you to be excused today. The reason we denied the request previously was because you weren't officially registered on the system at the volleyball club, but we can excuse you for today and tomorrow "

Huh? I'm confused, why not just accept it from the beginning

"We had no idea what your involvement with the volleyball club was but it's clear now, and after coach irihata explained to us, we can see you're apart of them"

I bow "thank you"

I then make my way towards the main gate and once I was outside I had waited for the bus
